  “Wow. Just wow. The level of hospitality we were shown tonight was extraordinary. Firstly, It’s Sept 8th. We live in Los Angeles, California and were supposed to fly back today. After waiting in the airplane for 5 hours our flight was cancelled along with every other flight in the entire country. Hotels were booked. Ubers were crazy expensive. And we have 2 boys 5 & 3 years old. We arrived to Nando’s about 45 mins from closing time with 4 large suitcases and 3 backpacks. They welcomed us in, they helped us with our bags and sympathized with us. Letting us vent a tiny bit too lol. They never made us once feel rushed even though they were closing up and let us wait for our uber inside even though the uber took 10 mins to arrive and they had then closed so we were the last ones there. A special shout out to Baurnee who even helped us with our luggage when the uber arrived and a very kind lady whose name I did not get but she had very pretty braided hair- she was very kind to my 2 boys and kept them entertained. These two people are exceptional. They both spoke to us- and just had a listening ear for what we had to say. They made us feel happy, put a smile on our face when we otherwise had a pretty terrible day & we are truly grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. To the Nando’s establishment- the entire team here is amazing.”

  “Chicken breast was dry. Atmosphere is relaxed, service is decent too. Not much more to say about Nandos. Easy place to meet with toddlers for lunch..”

  “Been to Nando's quite a few times for both lunch and dinner, and it's always a reliable choice when you're in the mood for something familiar. On this visit, I had the Sunset Burger and some peri peri chips. The chips weren't quite hitting the spot for me that day, but the burger was enjoyable and the food overall was good. I always find myself coming back for the wings, garlic bread and peri peri chips. They're my usual favourites and one of the reasons I keep returning. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, making it a good place to eat with family or friends. The service was fine and the food arrived without any issues. Overall, I'd give the food 4/5, the service 3/5 and the atmosphere 3/5. Not perfect, but still a solid choice and somewhere I'll happily keep coming back to for lunch or dinner.”

  “The whole staff are so happy but two really stand out. When I first entered I got a lovely smile from Jessica who was extremely welcoming and friendly. Later in my meal I met Arwa who was also friendly and was very funny. She went above and beyond and lent me her charger as my phone was dead. Top quality service. Thank you both.”

  “The restaurant was pretty packed but I didn’t wait a long time for my food after placing the order. My chicken was sauced very well and I enjoyed the corn as well. This is far better than the Nandos in America.”

  “Not been to a Nandos in a few years bit this quick cheeky little visit hit the spot...great service from the muscular gentlemen who was greeting you and showing you to you table. The food was on point chicken and flavours all what you would expect from Nandos must say really good service from the guys even though it was a busy Saturday evening keep it up guys”

  “I don’t usually leave reviews, but this meal was beyond unacceptable. I ordered takeout and was genuinely shocked by the quality. The wings were boiled — yes, boiled, not grilled — pale, rubbery, and totally lacking that signature Nando’s char or flavour. The chips were a mushy mess, soggy and lifeless, as if they’d been sitting in a steamy box for hours. And the rainbow slaw? Completely flavourless — a bland pile of shredded disappointment. Total letdown.”

  “13.04.2024 Not as good as it used to be. Very busy on Saturday night, came at 6.45pm and had a 30 min wait. Couldn't wait in restaurant as seating is only for take away collection. Very noisy. Restaurant was clean, as soon as a table left it was cleaned quickly and ready for the next customer. Food arrived hot. Condiments counter was clean and tidy. Kids menu available.”

  “Went here on a hot sunny day. The ice was flowing, ambiance was cool, food was hot and extra extra hot just as we wanted 😋. Our waitress was really sweet and courteous and made sure that we have a pleasant dining experience. We will definitely visit again!”
