  “Absolutely disgusted that I was sold the promise of access to any SkyTeam lounge when traveling internationally, only to be denied entry as a Delta Gold Medallion “because only Platinum and above get entry.” I’m surprised I didn’t lose it in that lounge. Trash lounge and trash policies!”

  “Dated looking lounge and not peaceful at all. If you're looking for some solitude from Heathrow--this is not it. Service is the best part of this club. Servers are lovely, helpful and dedicated. Food is good and the buffet is very health-oriented. Not sure what is going on in the kitchen. We sat on lounge chairs directly in the path of the kitchen door. Stench was almost gag-worthy. Part of the problem is we live in Atlanta where all the skyclub lounges are immaculate and even if the food is not great--they make it up with a clean less-noisy environment.”

  “I really enjoyed my time at the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at London Heathrow. The food was excellent, the service was incredibly friendly and the lounge itself has a very cool and stylish atmosphere. I felt completely at ease and would happily visit again.”

  “This review will be a little different from the usual. Today, I’m sitting in the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at Heathrow mourning the loss of my greatest love and best friend. I don’t cry in public. If im being honest, I can’t remember the last time I cried. I’m the executive who holds it together, figures it out and keeps moving. But today, I was hanging on by a thread. And Jenny noticed. My hands were trembling. I couldn’t focus enough to order. I haven’t eaten properly in days. She quickly joined my table and quietly helped me without making me feel embarrassed or exposed. She told me she wouldn’t pry, but if I needed an ear, she would listen. And then, the most incredible thing happened. She hugged me. Not the polite kind of hug you give a stranger. She held me tight, told me to let it out and, for a few moments, quite literally shielded me from the world while I finally unleashed the tears I had been fighting so hard to hold back. Since then, she has checked on me constantly. I have wanted for nothing. But here’s where the story gets even better. As I sat here, quietly in my corner, I started watching Jenny. And I realized she is the most amazing woman I’ve ever met. I wasn’t special. This is simply who she is. She takes care of everyone with that same warmth. She notices people. She makes them feel welcome. She makes them feel seen. And I wasn’t the only one watching. Another gentleman in the lounge, who works in the airline industry, had noticed her too. I overheard him go out of his way to tell the manager how extraordinary Jenny was. He had watched the way she cared for everyone here, including the woman sitting alone in the corner barely holding herself together. Then he introduced himself to Jenny. In their conversation, she mentioned that her dream is to get into the sky. After a brief conversation, he told her he knows the right people to get her there. He took her contact information and said he planned to help connect her. And just like that, Im crying for an entirely different reason. There is something beautifully human about watching kindness come full circle right in front of you. So, from the woman who thought she was too tough to cry in public and, for a moment, had forgotten what simple human compassion could feel like: thank you, Jenny. Thank you for seeing me when I desperately needed someone to notice. Thank you for giving me a safe place to fall apart. And thank you for reminding me that sometimes the most meaningful thing we can do for another person is simply pay attention, lead with empathy and be kind. I hope that gentleman keeps his word. I hope you get into the sky. And Jenny, I hope one day I step onto a Virgin Atlantic flight and find you there, living your dream. Only next time, I hope you see me with a smile on my face.”

  “A Great Place to Spend a Long Layover at Heathrow I had a great experience at the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at Heathrow during a long layover on my way to Boston. It was a welcome place to relax and recharge between flights. The lounge is very spacious and, despite having quite a few people around, never felt crowded or overwhelming. The restaurant and bar were both very good, with a nice selection of food and drinks. What really stood out for me, though, were the shower and sleep facilities. Having the ability to freshen up with a proper shower and get some rest during a long layover made a big difference, especially on a long-haul journey. Overall, the Clubhouse offered a very comfortable and relaxing experience and made what could have been a tiring long layover much more enjoyable. Definitely one of the better airline lounges I’ve experienced.”

  “Lounge is very comfortable and relaxing and the food is amazing with a good selection. I'd like to give a personal shout out to Bick-Wah as when asked if there was any chocolate she didn't think there was any but out if the blue came back with a small bar and went above and beyond!! All the staff are very friendly and it is definitely worth a trip in there”
