Customer Review Summary
Reviewers split sharply on the curry sauce, which is the most repeated complaint. Several describe it as thick, bland and jelly-like, with one saying the tub was turned upside down and the contents would not come out, and another calling it nothing like a real curry sauce. Chicken in the bargain boxes and salt and pepper chicken is called dry and tough, and one reviewer felt it had been reheated from the day before. One mentions raw spring rolls and cold food, and another says delivery arrived 30 minutes late. Others praise the takeaway, describing noodles full of flavour with tender prawns and squid, and food that arrived fast and hot from friendly staff. Chips get credit even in critical reviews. A few note the lack of complimentary prawn crackers and small portions for the price, and one reviewer was frustrated after driving across town to find it closed despite the website's listed opening times.

“Was a while ago but ordered here when my usual chinese was closed so have no pictures. Which is why im making this review now. As this place popped up while looking for another Chinese whilst mine was closed again. The 3.1 stars is very generous. Ordered chicken curry and egg fried rice and it was the worst thing I have ever eaten in my life and ive eaten some pretty questionable things. Waste of money as had to go mcdonald's instead of eating what I wouldnt even describe as food. The reminder of this popping up whilst searching for a Chinese has changed my mind into getting an Indian instead”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review Absolutely delicious! The noodles were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The seafood was fresh, especially the prawns and squid, which were tender and well-seasoned. The portion size was generous, and the mix of vegetables added a nice crunch and freshness to the dish. Everything tasted authentic and was prepared with care. Great quality, excellent value for money, and definitely one of the best takeaway meals I've had. Highly recommended – I'll be ordering again! 🍜🦐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Your foods mild AND expensive yet you dont include prawn crackers? First place I've ever ordered from that doesn't, ngl feels like a personal attack given the price.”

“Ordered it and the curry sauce was practically jelly, never in my life have I regretted spending £1.50 on anything until I saw the sorry state of that monstrosity in the tub. Overall the egg fried rice was okay, nothing special but you get what you pay for”
