  “Wow absolutely beautiful tasting meal tonight from sunny house everytging arrived very hot and on time special chow mein very tasty very generous portion size lots of all meats. Pork balls absolutely amazing very hot and fresh and crispy. Sunny house is now our go to for a chinese”

  “Great mains when we first started to order but went below par each order we placed. the starter was not a high standard , the second time we ordered was only just warm...think we will giving it a miss now ....”

  “Not sure why the bad reviews, arrived tonight within half an hour as usual and steaming hot but was missing a drink. So driver went out his way to go back and fetch it before id noticed and brought it to me.”

  “I will never order from Sunny House again. I made an order at 18:32pm on the 15/02/26 of a 4 in 1 (Fried Rice, Chicken Balls, Chips and X2 Curry Sauce including a can of 7UP. When the food arrived the food was not hot, its was luke warm/cold, I also didn't receive the 7UP Can I paid for. I have been getting Chinese Takeaway on and off since 2017. This newish Male who answers the phone over the past year or more is very rush and rude. Especially tonight. I rang them to advise my food was cold and my 7UP didn't come with the order. I was told to heat it up in the microwave, fair enough however as I have fully paid for a takeaway. I was told on different phone calls I made to Sunny House that I am a (Factual) "Troubler Maker", that I would be "Reported to the Police" and to chuck my food away and that is that. I rang again after he ended the call to tell them I will be reporting them to Trading Standers (Which I will because of the attitude, lack of professionalism including bad quality food and paying for a meal where one item didn't arrive and being told to "go to Tesco for Food" when I told them my food was cold. Again, as a Regular customer (On and off since 2017 and maybe even before) I will never order from Sunny House again. I am very disappointed in the service no matter what "reply" they leave below mine. This guys who works behind reception (Who never used to work there) is Rude and Un-professional. I can't see how he still works there.”

  “I have been ordering from Sunny House on and off for around the past 6 years. Back then the service and delivery was much better than it is now, if the delivery is much longer than advised I ring up and ask for an update regarding the delivery of the order. A gentlemen answers the phone and keeps saying the food is on its way and to “be patient” despite the food taking over an hour, even longer. I like the food from Sunny House, yet, over recent years there seems to be more issues regarding the shop itself. It’s either late and being told the food is on its way even after multiple calls to checkup on how far the delivery is, after given time of expected delivery time. I’d rather be told the truth rather than being told multiple times the food is on its way, when it is not, I do not live far from sunny house. I appreciate honesty.”

  “This used to be our go-to place for takeaway night, when we lived closer so we had high expectations. The main food was ok, nothing amazing but not bad otherwise, but the kicker was finding a plastic bag inside the pork balls. At first I thought my wife was joking so I had to see for myself. See the picture attached to the review. Friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere but I'm not sure we'll be coming back.”

  “Awful food! Totally overcooked we couldn’t even eat it. Won’t be returning. The salt and pepper squid had no squid just pure batter. Chips rock solid Lumps of omelet in the fried rice (we understand eggs meant to be in there)”

  “Edit: we ordered again and the food was literally horrible! The noodles this time were over over overcooked and uneatable! Never again! We decided to try this Chinese takeaway thanks to good reviews. We didn't go wrong really. We liked the king prawn sesame on toast and chicken with Peking sauce. Just a bit disappointed with the chow mein noodles, they were cooked too much, that's why they tasted burned. We didn't like the sweet and sour chicken, too sweet but maybe this is due to our tastes. Be aware the new menu with the new numbers for the order is attached to this review.”
