“So after ordering a celebration meal last week at 6 pm, given time of 6:45 delivery, still no food at 7:30 despite 2 phone calls first call stated it will be 10 minutes made at 7:00 second call at 7:20 they seemed to have not even started the order or lost it, will never use this takeaway again given the amount of money spent on the meal, would give 0 stars if i could, Refund requested, stated it will take 5 days to pay me my money back, and was shirty on the phone with me, now to ask me to provide an older number so they can investigate it its comical, surely they know who requested a refund and given the price of the meal reckon its pretty obvious, # Muppets”

“Had meat in my spring roles (think it was pork) and they were saying how they get them from a supplier and weren’t going to do anything about it. Then they said they will give me free ones next time I order, I made it clear I won’t be coming back so I was not happy with this. Now they are making me come in the store with the picture to get a refund. Not happy with this at all. Why should I have to come in the store.”
