About Bohemia St. Neots | Restaurant & Bar

Bohemia St. Neots is a restaurant and bar at 16 Cross Keys Mews in St Neots, set in a compact room with brick walls and wood beams. Breakfast is served daily, and tapas are on offer at weekends. The breakfast menu includes a build-your-own option, where diners add extras such as steak and add or remove items to suit. Chorizo hash is on the list as an egg and chorizo stack, and breakfasts come with grilled sourdough toast. The tapas-style plates include bloody Mary prawn wraps. A brunch and dinner menu runs alongside, with avocado and halloumi, Korean chicken with waffles, and steak with eggs. The drinks list covers cocktails and coffees. The kitchen is open, so diners can see it from their seats.

Customer Review Summary

Reviewers return most to the breakfast and brunch menu, and the chorizo hash is the dish named most often, both as the egg and chorizo hash and as the chorizo hash stack. Close behind are the full English, which one diner calls one of the best they have had, along with Korean chicken with waffles, steak with eggs, and avocado and halloumi, described as flavourful and fresh. The tapas also draws praise, with maple bacon hash browns, teriyaki chicken, and salmon and bloody Mary prawn wraps singled out. Coffee, a mocha, and cocktails earn good words too. The one reservation comes from a diner who felt the full English could have had better quality ingredients, though the grilled sourdough toast on both plates was tasty. Reviewers describe a cozy, lively room with an open kitchen, a courtyard view, friendly servers, and drinks kept topped up. One diner asked to add steak to a build your own breakfast and it was no problem at all.

“Very cool little place in St. Neots with a menu that made me want to eat everything on it was Spoiler For Choice. The service was great, food tasted really good, lots of options to add and remove things if we needed to, and you look out on a nice little courtyard. Highly recommend. The egg and chorizo hash 👌🏻🤤”

“From the moment we arrived, service was friendly, happy and attentive. We were seated at the back of the building next to the kitchen, which we loved as we could see how hard the kitchen staff were working and how well the team worked together, plus the incredibly dishes they were producing. I ordered a ‘build your own breakfast’ and wanted to add the steak which was no problem at all (thank you). We really enjoyed our time here and we would definitely recommend ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”

“We went here for a late breakfast-more like a brunch. I had the Korean chicken with waffles-delicious-and my husband had the steak with eggs, cooked perfectly. My mocha was spot on. The vibe was cozy and inviting-definitely a place we’ll return to. Highly recommend!”
