  “We booked for 10 people for my son's birthday meal. We were allowed to decorate the table and was made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. My son was wished a happy birthday by Tristan who served us. He was a very attentive waiter, taking our order, getting our food out, clearing plates and bringing out the birthday cake. The food and drinks were enjoyed by everyone and there was plenty of choice even for those with allergies. At the end of the meal we weren't made to feel rushed to leave and we were wished a pleasant rest of our day. It was an all round enjoyable meal and would definitely recommend there.”

  “Had a lovely evening out for my sister's birthday here. We had Corey as our server and he was so welcoming, polite and a pleasure to talk to! Sad to say they were under staffed but Corey did his absolute best to get us everything we needed when asked and never stopped smiling even after an encounter we overheard with a rude customer and their children treating the restaurant as a playground. Also we really appreciated the clarification of what was gluten free and what wasn't, very simple but effective! Thank you Corey and the cooks for a lovely evening!”

  “Staff were excellent, only 2 staff waiting tables with a full restaurant but still didn’t wait more than a couple minutes to order and food arrived quickly and was very nice. Tristan served us and was very pleasant, would happily come again.”

  “Ordered a pasta bolognese dish for takeaway. It was a watery spaghetti with some random veg and conjeeled stuff that turned up. Cold and like it was found at the back of the fridge before being reheated and sent out. There was a watery orange liquid at the bottom that smelt like mould. I threw in bin and was refunded. Someone packed this up and thought it was acceptable. Attached photos and of the advertised version.”

  “I would highly recommend friends and family to enjoy dining at Bella Italia here after my experience last week. I was particularly impressed by the member of staff who welcomed me, the staff member who seated me and took my order and I was particularly impressed with Tristan who kindly shared information about the benefits of downloading the Bella Italia App which I did! I very much look forward to my next visit taking my daughter to enjoy a free meal with me! My very best to all the Team at Bellia Italia in Huntingdon near the Cinema.
