Customer Review Summary
Reviewers who rate it highly describe food that arrives fast and piping hot, with chicken balls and beef chow mein singled out. A satay sauce, king prawn balls, and Singapore fried rice also earn praise, along with free prawn crackers, good portions, and friendly delivery. One long-time customer reports never having an issue. Negative reviews make up more than half the set, though, and name specific failures: greasy vegetable spring rolls with little filling, curries that arrived cold, undercooked chips, and thick, slimy sauces. One reviewer found a black hair in a curry sauce and says a refund or replacement was refused. Others describe abrupt, unwelcoming staff, an unanswered phone, and early closing, and one reports that staff stared without helping when a friend had a seizure while waiting. One diner, told the shop wanted to collect the food first, drove there and left with a refund.

“Last thing I ate here, seemed like absolutely no love had gone into it what-so-ever. I hate leaving negative reviews but I think the slackness there has gone too far.”

“Quick and easy with delicious hot food and free prawn crackers! Cant go wrong with chicken balls and beef chow mein though! Just the right amount of friendly.”

“Staff have always been very unwelcoming and abrupt, they don’t bother to talk to you and can’t wait for you to leave the premises. My friends have also said they’ve always been treated fairly unpleasantly when ordering from here. No bother in paying attention to when they say they’re open either as they don’t pick up the phone when they’re open and shut early most nights, just completely unreliable. Food is mediocre at best. Also had an experience here where a friend of mine went into an absent seizure as we were waiting for our food, happened to be just before they were closing as well. They had no interest in our friend and barely said a word about it and just stared. Were quick to usher us out and lock up as soon as the ambulance arrived. One of the most unfriendly Chinese takeaway places I’ve ever experienced.”
