“Been coming here each week with my son. Only today ended up waiting 30 minutes for a burger. No explanation given refund was suggested though staff member who offered was nowhere to be seen when returning from taking my son to the bathroom. Was unable to wait any longer as my son (who has ASD) was getting impatient and was about to start screaming. I’ve waited less time at restaurants on Piccadilly Circus or midtown Manhattan. Don’t think I can go back.”
