Customer Review Summary
Breakfast is the draw at this Southampton cafe, with reviewers repeatedly pointing to the large English breakfast and fry up as huge, tasty and good value. Diners also name the pancakes, an omelette with huge mushrooms and tasty coffee, and describe the food as fresh and plentiful, with some noting it is partly farm sourced. Staff come across as friendly, welcoming and quick, and the inside is described as clean, modern and spacious between tables. Seating indoors and out gets mentions, one reviewer was told dogs are welcome on the patio, and another mentions a loyalty card. The sharpest complaint is a single, detailed one: one reviewer describes chewy wraps with funny-tasting chicken and eggs benedict that tasted sour, only half the order arriving with Doritos offered as a replacement, and a small discount when they asked for money off. Elsewhere, one diner who normally orders a large breakfast was defeated by the jumbo sausages.

“Prices are high which is fine but the quality of the food wasn't even worth giving to the dog. did offer water for the dog at least but when you go to a cafe to eat you'd think you'd have edible stuff on your plate not to mention only serving us half our order and attempting to replace it with doritos. Finally after our meal we asked for at least a discount on our £45 order for 2wraps(chewy, funny tasting chicken), a muffin, eggs bennidict(which tasted sour) and a few drinks for the kids so they took a whole £2.50 off. I don't write reviews but this has to be the worst place I've eaten and I'm sorry to say that as I really try to be generous. Don't eat here.”
