Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise the food, calling it tasty, plentiful and well cooked on an extensive pub menu, with chips, coleslaw, onion rings and gherkins described as fine alongside a burger. Friendly staff come close behind, and several describe quick service, with one noting the food arrived lightning fast. Good beers on tap and ice cold drinks also earn mentions, as do the garden and kids play area. One family describes a fun day with live music, a BBQ, a bouncy castle and face painting. Complaints are few but specific. One reviewer says the chicken rice burger was dripping in oil and left them feeling sick, while another found the meal tasty but not hot enough. One lunch party waited a while when the pub was busy, and another reviewer found it hard to tell where to order and says the signage could be clearer. A family 60th birthday meal and a funeral reception were both described as welcoming.
