“Domino’s app failed to apply a £14 pizza discount and I was charged full price. I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, but when I called to ask for some credit or a solution, the manager was rude and completely uninterested in helping. Absolutely no customer service or care for regular customers. Really disappointing experience and honestly unbelievable.”

“We have never seen such a bad customer service they are very rude and gave us a very thin crust. They were arguing, saying that the pizza was a classic pizza. This is not the first time we ordered there. Every time it had a bigger pizza base, this one was very thin and some of the crust was burnt, you could see the sauce in some bits as well ! They said over the phone they will re-make it. But, when we went to the shop they said that they will not make it again. Half of the pizza was over baked and the other half was undercooked. we did not ask for it. They spoke very rudely. They said since you already paid for it already ,if you want to take it, take it home if not throw it in the bin. The unbelievable thing is that we found hair coming out from inside the pizza!”

“I was regular customer with Dominos from last 15 years or so in Slough , then we started ordering from Langley branch. Recently we had very bad experience regarding their quality but they continually failed to improve. Last wise thing is , when we tried to speak to manager regarding the hairs in pizza slice , she hang up the phone twice and failed to give us correct details. Female manager ( who claim to be manager) had very bad attitude which was really disappointing. So after such a long journey with Dominos , we as family are boycotting with Dominos Langley , and will never recommend this branch again ever again. Please be careful before you order any food from this Langley Branch SL3. We will happily travel to different place and order from Pizza Hut , but never again with Dominos . Quick advice for Dominos incharge as well , to put someone with better attitude who can deal with problems and bring your ratings better to 4 or 4.5 , with this manager or team your rating will drop only and will loose business in future . Thanks and Good bye Dominos”

“Absolutely awful customer service at Domino’s Langley. We went to collect a pizza and asked a simple question about a past complaint we made — this was our second time raising an issue because the quality of the pizza we previously ordered was terrible. The manager at the time told me to give my phone number so they could “check the CCTV” and call me back. To be honest, I have no idea what CCTV could possibly prove — the pizza was still bad! Yesterday, I went back to collect another pizza and politely asked if that same manager was in. He came forward, and all I asked was, “You said you would call me back — when will you do that?” Instead of answering, he immediately became defensive and started accusing me of ordering three times and demanding free pizza. That is a complete lie. I was shocked at how rude and unprofessional he was. Apparently, at this Domino’s, you’re not allowed to raise a complaint about something you’re paying for without being treated like you’re trying to scam them. This is a terrible reflection on the staff and the franchise. No wonder so many of your ratings are bad. I am still not asking for a free pizza — I just want to know what the need was to call your manager in front of me and then do nothing about it. Don’t ever promise something to your customers that isn’t true. At this point, promising anything else won’t cover up your bad reputation.”
