  “I ordered a pizza from Domino’s, but unfortunately the whole experience was very disappointing. After about 15 minutes, I noticed that the driver was outside my area, so I called the store to check what was happening. I was told the driver would be there shortly. Another 15 minutes later, the store called me saying that I had not provided the correct contact number. I explained the situation and gave them the correct details, and I asked them to send a fresh pizza. When the new order finally arrived, the pizza was completely messed up and not in good condition. The nachos were also very dry, and overall the food was not good at all. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the amount of time I had to wait. I expected much better from Domino’”

  “Basant was amazing !! He was so polite and delivered our food so quickly. Our pizza did end up with pepperoni missing but this is the first time this has happened to us normally everything is perfect :)”

  “I am writing regarding Order #1011831353 placed on 26th April at approximately 10:00 PM for home delivery. The Domino’s branch is only around 8 minutes away from my address, yet after waiting over an hour, my order still had not arrived. The tracking continued to show “delivery on the way.” When I contacted the store, I was told the driver was on the way. After waiting a further 15 minutes with no delivery, I called again and requested to cancel the order, as the delay was excessive and I no longer wanted the food. However, the staff member informed me that I could not cancel the order and said the driver would arrive within 5 minutes. This was despite the Domino’s website stating that orders can be cancelled if they have not arrived within 30 minutes. I reported this issue on 26th April, and today is 10th May. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I have still not received any response or resolution regarding this matter. I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the lack of customer support afterward.”

  “Terrible Service & Missing Items! Ordered from Domino’s and was extremely disappointed. My dip for the chicken wings was missing, and the Chicken Mexicana had no sauce at all. I even took pictures to prove it. When I called to address the issue, the manager was shockingly rude—speaking aggressively and even shouting at me instead of resolving the problem. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. If I’m paying for a meal, I expect it to be complete and for the staff to handle issues professionally. Won’t be ordering from here again.”

  “Everything was just fine, nothing to fault and take any stars away from a 5. We ordered on the website, 12 pounds deal veggie supreme large - any large was on a 12 pounds deal - paid, booked a slot when to pick up. We got there, there was a screen with our names on, where our pizza was at and how long the wait would have been. At it worked just fine. The pizza was the usual domino's one, nothing to rave or be sad about and 1 large filled both of us.”
