  “Called the shop for GRILLED chicken wings lemon and herb, the guy on the phones said yes that he sells grilled wing so I place the order in for some wings turned up at the shop the wings was EXTREMELY oily and wasn’t even lemon and herb when I confronted him about it, but he clearly knew what he was serving wasn’t what I asked for and did not care what so ever the wings was not fresh either, I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PLACE THEN THIS IN THE AREA TO EAT AT AND IM SURE MORE UP FRONT AND HONEST WITH THERE CUSTOMERS,”

  “5* food! I’ve been coming here for years and the food has always been brilliant. The only downside recently is the wait time. Even when the shop is quiet and we call 20 minutes ahead to collect, we still often end up waiting quite a while when we arrive. Still love the food and would definitely recommend, but it would be great if the collection times could be improved.”

  “Being from southall and grown up with Rocky’s. I’m used to the great hospitality even when they are busy. I went there last night And ordered some grilled wings £4.99 to add on to my donor burger meal. I was charged £5. I know it’s only 1 pence however it’s the principle, you shouldn’t steal from your customers!! I questioned it and was told, most people don’t question it. Quite worrying?!! I then asked for a chiili mayo tub, which Ali, explained to, they charged for, I’ve never been charged for a chilli mayo tub in my life with Rocky’s. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this either. Once when I was picking up food, a poor lady had ordered via there website, when she asked for some sauce tubs to go with the pizzas and other food (big order) she was told by Ali, if you order online we can’t give you free tubs. Absolutely disgusting considering how much money she had spent. I’d rather travel from slough to southal to get a Rocky’s, just to avoid the disrespect and poor service”

  “So this is a “ghost kitchen” of Sobe Burgers in “Rocky’s”🙄 Got the 6 hot honey wings ordered and .. this surely isn’t 6 or my math’s not mathing ?! Side note, i called restaurant requesting salad instead of chips since i cannot eat potatoes, first person was funny passing phone onto another one after few sentences, then been told abrupt “NO” right away without any apologies, but since i insisted they promised to call me back. Callback never happened, fries arrived, called the restaurant and the guy said “oh he only told me about your order when driver took it”, proceeding to talk over me not letting me talk and repeating that they can’t swap chips to salad (as if i’m asking to create a whole new menu for me). Never had this issue in any other restaurant my entire life 🙄 Most rubbish customer service and rudest staff in a while. Treat night was surely ruined 👌🏻”

  “Very unprofessional service. My son ordered chips and was told the wait time would be around 10 minutes. However, he ended up waiting over 17 minutes with no proper update. After about 10 minutes, he politely asked how much longer it would take and was told “it’s coming.” A few minutes later, when there was still no food, he asked again and requested a refund if the order could not be fulfilled. The staff refused to provide a refund, which is completely unacceptable. Because of this delay, my son missed his train and will now also miss his connecting bus, causing significant inconvenience. If you know an order will take longer than expected, customers should be informed honestly in advance. Poor communication, long delays, and refusal to refund make this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place based on this experience.”

  “Food was really good, lovely peri peri wings and their burgers are great, just wasn’t clean at all, walked in and the two tables were either dirty or taken. Didn’t get to take any pictures of the food but it was great, the guy at the counter was very nice as well.”

  “Ordered food at 8:30 for pick up. Advised 15 minutes for collection. Food wasn't ready till 9pm Upon opening the chips and twisters found black bits in them. Called the branch and asked if the oil was dirty. Gurpreet said it is changed regularly. They did offer to come and get new ones which was not convenient as the wraps would have gone cold! Not impressed as didn't give an amicable solution. Waste of money.”

  “Shop it self is fairly big for its kind, but the cleanliness was of the chart...even the kitchen area where they prepare the food wasent the cleanest, wich you could clearly see......the shop was busy so our order was a bit slow, we waited a good 30min...the food itself.... well the garlic cheeseburger is top notch👌🏻i highly recommend it❗️❗️❗️we got an four season pizza to, wich is a little bit sponge, thick doe and wierd cakeish texture, but never the less, tastes good!specially for its price point wich is for an xl 14inch pizza costing 9£....it is great!”

  “I’ve gone here a few times and their food is always 10/10, and for such a good price and such friendly staff, couldn’t ask for a better place. In the first photo, halloumi wrap & the second is a paneer wrap, the best wraps ever. They also do really good pizzas , and they do very large portion sizes.”

  “Really good food and decent size portions, had the chicken and chips, really great chips, nice, fresh and crispy.. Chicken was cooked perfectly.. Will be back to try the other dishes.. Friendly people too who run the shop.”
