Customer Review Summary
Cold food is the most frequent complaint, and cold fries in particular, with reviewers also describing burgers and chicken arriving cold, greasy or overcooked chicken, and very salty tenders. Close behind is slow service, including a long wait for two plain chicken burgers and a sense that drive through and delivery orders come first. Missing items recur too: absent fries, no large chips, burgers without sauce, and flat drinks after the gas ran out. Several describe rude or indifferent staff, including one who would not swap mash potatoes for chips a day after doing exactly that. Reviewers also cite uncleared tables, an unswept floor, and a broken toilet lock and flush. One reviewer reports lettuce that appeared to have been removed by hand from a burger. A single reviewer says the chips have improved under new management and finds staff polite and quick. Another wiped down an uncleaned table with their own wet wipes to keep gravy off a jumper.

“I’ve had my fair share of meals from there since been under new management late last year and the chips have improved a lot and are really nice amd have flavour to them! The service is quick and efficient! Polite staff and always trying their best to help even when busy! Quick delivery and tasty food!! Cannot complain at all! Top notch restaurant!”

“We came in last week for just 2 chicken burgers, after waiting 18 mins I left feedback on the site advertised on the receipt, it was another 5 minutes before we received the 2 burgers, they weren't even hot, after all that wait. It seems they prioritise drive through customers and deliveries, there is no acceptable reason to wait almost 25 minutes for just 2 burgers with no modifications. Luckily only visiting so no need to use this excuse for a fast food place again.”

“Visited here on a few occasions, generally i prefer a kfc as,it's more satisfying than the many burger outlets on offer here, however, on this occasion I found there were tables not cleared and the floor could really do with sweeping and mopping and to add to all that my fries were cold and some pieces of chicken overcooked. I think the problem lies with staff shortages and of course the demand for the just eat delivery, at busy times the staff just can't cope.”

“Food in there was almost up to standards but the service quality was not up to the level. Toilet lock is Brocken and has to use the toilet without a locked door. Which made me to push the door during the entire procedure. Toilet flush was not working in women’s toilet. Flush switch was Brocken in gents. Also there was no table number in the order screen and hence no table service. The system says there is table service but staff says no. Have been throughout the Europe as a tourist but this one is one of the worst infrastructure one.”

“Food was alright my piece of chicken was abit greesy . Fries was missed off my order but seeing as my son aint really keen on the fries so i didnt say anything . Had to wipe the table over because it hadnt been cleaned good job i had some wet wipes on me other wise the arm on my new jumper would of been in gravy 😡 could do with a staff memeber going round having a clean up”
