  “This is the third time we have eaten here since it’s re-opened, once in the Turkish restaurant and twice in the Peach Tree. The food is delicious it is fresh and top quality. Good choice on the menu! Service was fantastic and a it’s such a lovely place. Anna handled our bookings and she was great every time! We look forward to going again soon. Highly recommend.”

  “Went here today with my family, having not been for a few years! And we were all incredibly pleased with every dish we ordered! (Even the latte coffee I had was exceptionally good!)… the staff were very friendly, attentive & service was punctual with every course! I can’t recommend highly enough you dine here - we will be returning very soon! A1 all round - thank you to all at The Peach Tree.”

  “Popped in for a roast. And I must say it was delicious. Pork belly slice was massive and tender. 100% go back and try some other dishes. Staff were lovely and very welcoming. They have a kids menu too”

  “Firstly, wow - what a transformation! It’s clear the new owner has invested heavily to create a great dinning experience. Overall the whole experience was great and I would most definitely return or recommend. I did have a few issues but they wouldn’t prevent my return. Overall the service was good - the owner was most definitely the star of the show, he made you feel like only you mattered and gave a first class experience. However, I do feel his team members need a little extra training. There were many team members on shift but I felt they did a lot of walking around looking busy rather than being attentive. Me and my partner had to get up and ask for further drinks which is a big no! We also had to leave the table and ask to pay our bill. The food overall was good but definitely not the best authentic Turkish meal I’ve had. The complimentary dips and breads were delicious but when my main came out I was left disappointed. My meat was very over cooked and the lamb I was unable to eat as it was incredibly chewy. Lamb should be served pink unless the guess request for it to be served otherwise. The waitress did notice I left my meal and asked what the issue was which I did tell her but nothing was offered or sympathy provided. The staff failed to check with me whilst I was eating my meal as I would of sent it back. Me and my partner had a £40 voucher, if we never had this, I would of requested to speak with the owner to have my meal removed as I wasn’t able to enjoy. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely return - I appreciate this is a new business and issues will arise. Would recommend for people to visit as the overall dining experience was good and I’m confident as the business grows things will improve. PS - the raspberry cocktail I had was one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had, was delicious 😋 highly recommended!!”

  “We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, where the range of meals was fantastic—whether you’re after a hearty Sunday lunch or something a bit different, the portions are plentiful and filling. We particularly enjoyed the festive burger, the mushroom risotto, and the fish and chips, all of which were delicious. The split with the Turkish side of the restaurant is a unique touch, and we’re already looking forward to returning to try that side next time. Walking around the venue, it’s clear that a significant amount of care has gone into the design and upkeep, which we greatly appreciated. This is definitely a venue to visit—and one we’d highly recommend.”

  “Had such a lovely lunch from Mangal the new Turkish menu today. Litrally cannot fault this place. The restaurant owner was just lovely to us, we had so much food. Service was excellent and the food was so authentic and tasty - can’t wait to try other items off the menu next time. The normal menu is great but please please do look at the Turkish menu because it is insanely good!”

  “We shared a lovely meal at their recently opened Managel restaurant. Bringing fresh Turkish food to Shrewsbury. The relaxed and please atmosphere set the mood, the starter was fresh and tasty. Our mains were beautifully cooked and tasty. We cannot fault our visit and we will definitely be back.”
