Customer Review Summary
Reviewers who praise Golden Mountain point to tasty food, with fresh ingredients, tender, good quality meat, hot dishes and massive portions. Opinion is split, and the complaints take real space. Several describe long waits. One collection order ran far past the quoted time after the kitchen reportedly stopped to cut extra spring onions, another reviewer waited on a delivery that never arrived, and a third notes slow delivery on busy nights. One suggests the kitchen needs more staff or more space. Two reviewers say staff on the counter or phone were rude or aggressive when they called about problems, and one says this has happened multiple times. Some regular customers say recent orders were freezing cold and rank. One reviewer reports food poisoning after an order. Chicken maryland and chicken balls were called disgusting, and one diner who ordered duck with pancakes found too little duck to fill the pancakes, though the meat that was there tasted nice.
