Customer Review Summary
Chow mein draws the most praise. One reviewer describes a wet chicken chow mein with chips, the meat on top and the sauce and noodles beneath, as excellent every time, and another calls the chow mein and prawn toast out of this world. Close behind, reviewers single out the house special curry and sweet and sour chicken in batter as lovely, and describe the food as authentic, fresh and decent value. Several mention friendly, polite service, from the counter staff to a delivery driver who arrived on time and hot in the snow, and some note speedy collection and years of orders without a mistake. The complaints are sharper. Two reviewers describe waits well past the quoted time, one with cold food and one with items missing from the order. One found the chicken processed and rubbery, and another thought the chips tasted reheated and the noodles too salty, and said a driver short-changed them. Both reviewers who phoned to complain say the person on the line hung up on them.

“Food cold,30 minutes turned into hour 20mins,no change said he bring it back still waiting, phoned up next day put phone down only 7.50 but must have needed the money more then custom”

“My partner ordered Chinese this evening, Lovely fresh food and delivered hot but the best part was the delivery driver. Sure he said his name was Jamie, it’s obviously difficult driving in snow however he was on time, very friendly and polite where some drivers make you feel like you’re a burden when they deliver to you. Will now be a repeat customer due to this. Thank you”
