  “I reduced stars for the food only. The service was amazing given it was so busy. The female Waitresswe had with pink/red hair was excellent and works so hard. Goats cheese Al Forno could have done with more goats cheese and flavour . It did not seem worth the £20 price as did not come with salad or anything else. Lack a bit of Italian flavour. I had the beef/ mashed potatoes and tender stem broccoli . The beef itself was beautifully cooked and mashed potatoes good although a very small amount. My issue was with the gravy which was the consistency of water and the broccoli was hard. I am sorry that I did not send it back but I did not want another meal or to interrupt my party. For its price I did not think it was worth it.”

  “Had such a lovely meal at Prezzo Salisbury! The food was delicious and the whole experience was made even better by the service from Lucy and Abi. They were both so friendly, welcoming and attentive without being overbearing, and really made us feel looked after. It’s always the little things that make a meal out special, and they absolutely nailed it. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you Lucy & Abi!”

  “My 2nd time eating here was even better than before. Very pleasant and helpful staff, knowledgeable about the food. Azra was particularly cheerful and a brilliant waitress. My carbonara was delicious. Nutella doughballs very sweet but great with vanilla ice cream. Wasn’t too bothered as they were free on the app. I will come again!”

  “Had a great meal here, sitting on the roof terrace, hidden away amongst the clay roofs. Lovely. Our waiter, soory did not get the name, was attentive and helpful. he recommended a great bottle of wine. Service was quick, food hot and tasty. Dropped one star because my dad did not think much of his starter. Otherwise great. Will come again. Bit noisy downstairs, quieter upstaits and highly recommend outside on the roof.”

  “Came here for my 18th Birthday and had the most wonderful experience, the food was delicious, such a great atmosphere and our waitress Veronica was very warm and welcoming and it made the experience so memorable!! I definitely won’t forget my birthday cake, perfectly catered to my allergy and so lovely to have Blake and all the staff involved!! Thank you to the Prezzo team!”

  “I visited Prezzo today and had a really lovely experience. The food was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavour, but what truly made the visit stand out was the service. Our waitress, Bernadeta, was excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. She made sure everything was just right without being overbearing, and her positive attitude really added to the atmosphere of the meal. It’s always nice when great food is matched with great service, and today that was definitely the case. I’d happily return and would highly recommend this restaurant—especially if you’re lucky enough to be served by Bernadeta.”

  “My experience at Prezzo was definitely a positive one. It's a really nice atmosphere with friendly staff. The food was bang on, professionally presented and more importantly it tasted delicious. I took my family there for fathers day, my wife and two boys. It cost me £130 which included drinks etc. It was worth it though. Had a great time. I will definitely go again.”

  “Unfortunately not a good experience on this occasion. Marcus, the manager, refused us as customers, even if there were plenty of free tables, he said they are full booked for next hour and half. I asked him about top floor, he said that is full. As it was hard to belive it, I walked out and made an online reservation, came back, Marcus "welcomed" us, ready to reject us for the second time, but when I showed him online reservation, he dind't have other option then to give us a table. I asked him why he refused customers when there were available tables, otherwise I couldnt make online reservation, instead to apologies, Marcus continued with his charade (lies): I was lucky as there was a last minute cancellation. We been seated, but no one pay attention to us over 10 min, I put my hand up to get some attention, the waitress first asked Marcus if she have to serve us, after his confirmation she gave us menus. Because we had plenty of time to decide about drinks while we were waiting for food menu, we let know the waitress that we are ready to order our drinks. The waitress didn't bother to ask me if I want ice, so my apple juice was full of ice, after I "fished"out the ice, there was half glass of apple juice. While we were waiting for food, I asked both left table (they arrived before us) and right table (they arrived after us) if they have reservation: the answer was no (it seemes there were massive cancellations :)) ). The food was good, as I expected. Really disappointing, but this won't stop me to come back, I'm sure there are still kind and polite staff”
