“The girl with her hand on her waist and the man talking to her are very rude and abusive staffs of Macdonald, I came there as a rider to pick an order for a customer, they heard me calling and refused to answer me, my order was right close to them but they didn’t give me the order and when I increased my voice, the girl said cancel the order and go, they act like there parents own the place , kept frowning and blinking there nasty eyes and the man supported her saying I should cancel the order and the order was ready, just to give the order they refused until another staff gave me the order and I left , both of them are very rude, I will keep recording and posting them .”

“At least 3 weeks now when you order there is a printer fault so you dont get order number. This isnt a big problem when quiet but causes mistakes when busy. You tell the staff you dont know what number you are and they pull a face because they have to shout out what it is. This should of been fixed weeks ago.”

“I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service I recently received during my visit . I placed an order through the drive-through, but upon arriving at the window, I found no one attending .After waiting for a reasonable amount of time, I parked my car and went inside, only to experience what I can only describe as awful service. Time was 9:35 I believe that customer respect is crucial in any service industry, and unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that standard. I kindly urge you to address this issue with your staff to prevent future occurrences and to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect they deserve.
