We loved the music and the surprise when they brought out the birthday cake with candles. It was a wonderful experience, and we really appreciate all your efforts. Highly recommended! ⭐”

  “I ordered the Man of the Match milkshake yesterday and it was ridiculously runny. Called straight away and was told I should have asked for it thick. Since when do customers need to ask for a milkshake not to be watery? There’s no option on the menu to choose thick or runny. Poor excuse and poor customer service. Won’t be ordering again.”

  “Delicious burgers and excellent food! The service was 5-star from start to finish—friendly, fast, and welcoming. The complimentary ice cream was a lovely touch and I really enjoyed it. The staff were lovely, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!”

  “Alhumdolillah very nice. Had a craving but didn’t want anything too greasy. The brother behind the counter recommended the grilled chicken menu. Started off with 10 wings thinking that will suffice. They were so good and cooked perfectly that I ended up also ordering the grilled fillet burger meal too. It hit the spot. Would definitely recommend.”

  “The food at Players Cheetham Hill is very good and really represents itself well — no complaints about the quality. However, the staff are letting the place down. Almost every time I’ve visited, they are distracted — either on the phone, chatting with each other, with the kitchen staff, or with friends. They speak in their own language while customers are waiting, which comes across as unprofessional. At the very least, when customers are present, the focus should be on service. Another recurring issue is food temperature. A few times, the food has been served not properly warm. While they will reheat it if you ask, it should be served hot and fresh from the start without needing to mention it. All sales and reputation depend heavily on staff. The food itself is great, but the staff and customer service urgently need training. Otherwise, they are letting the franchise down and pushing customers away.”

  “Tried Players for the first time and was genuinely impressed! I ordered a grill burger and two different types of wings — and everything was full of flavour and cooked perfectly. The grill burger was juicy, well-seasoned, and had a nice smoky kick to it. The wings were the real highlight — each type had its own unique taste, and very tender from inside. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and put effort into their food. The portion sizes were great for the price. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the Cheetham Hill area and craving some solid fast food!”
