  “Very attentive and obliging staff. Three excellent meals but I didn't enjoy the Teriyaki salmon...it was incredibly salty and the salmon was cooked medium rare which is not my personal taste, but it may suit others.”

  “Lovely place to go for a nice treat. Sunday Lunch sharing platter for two. Three meats, yorkshire puddings, stuffing, mash & roast potatoes, loads of fresh veg and the most amazing gravy! You also get a choice of dessert in with the price of this. You can take home what you can't manage to finish, good job as well because it's a huge portion!!! Price spent includes drinks as well.”

  “We live locally and have been working our way around the restaurants in this area, with Seasons being the last one we tried. The restaurant itself is probably the nicest looking place locally and the setting is lovely. Unfortunately the food didn’t live up to it. The menu felt a bit confused – somewhere between a steakhouse and fine dining. The crab starter was underwhelming and the pork belly was just ok. We both had the lamb for mains which tasted like it had been pre-cooked and reheated as the edges were quite dry. Prices are also quite high (steak around £39) which feels ambitious for the quality we experienced. Overall a beautiful restaurant but the food didn’t match the setting or price point.”

  “Simply AMAZING! We are from America and visiting friends who took us to Seasons. The food was fantastic (so much so we ate there twice in 4 days) - and the staff/service was second to none. Eve (our server) was fabulous. THANK YOU!”

  “There’s fine dining and then there’s the Wickersley fine dining. Food was average but what let it down is that the staff are not trained in basic fine dining skills. That’s on Management. First time in all my experience that the wine that I ordered had already been corked and was poured without asking if we would like to taste. To make matters worse I wasn’t informed they were serving different wine from the one we’d ordered . Manager needs to read up on definition fine dining and train staff accordingly. Don’t think I’ll be revisiting.”
