  “Exceptional food and wonderful hospitality – we can't wait to return! My husband and I visited Roka recently, and we had a fantastic evening from start to finish. The hot starter truly excelled—packed with flavor and prepared so well that it set the bar high right from the beginning. For our mains, we ordered the lamb chops and the lamb shish, and both were cooked to perfection and delightfully tender. The staff were lovely, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire night. A special thank you for the Turkish delight at the end of our meal—it was such a thoughtful and delicious touch! Thank you to the whole team for a great experience. We already can't wait to come back!”

  “What an amazing find! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed into a lovely, relaxed atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely fantastic, fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The service was equally impressive, with friendly, attentive staff who made the whole experience even more enjoyable. To finish, we enjoyed a traditional Turkish coffee served with a delicious sweet, which was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. If you're looking for authentic Turkish cuisine, great service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend Rokka Turkish Kitchen. We'll definitely be back!”

  “We arrived without having booked a table mid-week. There were a lot of reserved signs but thankfully they could seat us. Just shows how popular this restaurant is! The service was spot on, delivered with a smile and a friendly chat. We struggled to pick something off the menu as everything sounded good. We ordered off the combination section. My partner order chicken and spicy chicken and I had chicken and lamb. Absolutely delicious. It came with rice on the plate and a huge bowl of salad, and bread on the side. Can't wait to go back!”

  “What a gem this restaurant is!! We visited on a Thursday lunchtime. It was the new owner's first day. From the moment you walk into the air conditioned dining area, the atmosphere is welcoming. The lunchtime special is superb with a good choice of starters and mains. At £15, it is tremendous value and comes with salad and bread. The food was served quickly and tasted amazing. Everything tasted so fresh and looked terrific. The portions were large for the price. The drinks are reasonably priced. The service was first class. Will we go back? Definitely!!”

  “We went here on a Sunday afternoon so it wasn't busy, with only one other group present at the time. The place had the feel of a canteen, with rows and rows of formica top tables. The food was good though so worth a visit. They operate a lunchtime deal, which could be beneficial to some, provided you enjoy the limited options covered by it on the menu. We decided to stick to the full menu.”

  “Found Rokaa when I was looking on Google for somewhere new to try. Turkish is my all time favourite and along with the reviews they did not disappoint! Food was freshly cooked and delicious! Loved the salad and the cute bread basket you get bought to the table. We both had combination kebabs and the meat was lovely and cooked perfectly. The portions were generous and the white dip was so delicious! The cocktails were nice and made to how they should be. Prices were great! Highly recommend! Will definitely return!”

  “This was our first visit to Roka, and we were immediately impressed by the lovely ambiance and stylish décor. For starters, we ordered the Garlic Mushrooms and the Mushrooms with Halloumi. Both dishes were very tasty — the garlic mushrooms, in particular, were wonderfully juicy and succulent. However, I was disappointed with my main course. I ordered the Lamb Ribs, but they were quite burnt and the meat was tough and chewy, so I didn’t enjoy them. Overall, it was a nice experience, but it definitely could have been better.”
