  “First time ordering from here last night. Decided we were hungry at 10.45pm, looked on Google & found this place. Ordered a pineapple & pepperoni pizza which was ready in 15 mins. Staff were really friendly & polite, shop looked very clean, and the pizza was delicious. Not greasy at all. I didn’t realise it was cash only so had to nip to the cash point. Will definitely order again in the future. Thank you! 🍕”

  “We tried calling for half an hour, instant busy tone on the landline and the mobile just rang out every time so we decided to drop in and make the order in person on the way home. We ordered our food and wanted to add some cookies on but they didn’t have any, they recommended to try the cheesecake as it was supposed to be amazing. We ordered 2 slices and also added a can of normal Coca Cola, and were told to come back to collect 35-40 minutes later. After 35 minutes my partner drove the 5 minutes back to pick it up and he was waiting there an extra half an hour, before the food was ready. Apparently only one slice of cheesecake was put on the order despite the acknowledgement of ordering 2, they only accept cash so we didn’t have any more on us to buy another slice. They also gave us a large bottle of Pepsi max which is entirely a different drink and we didn’t even order a big bottle. The cheese and garlic naan was firm and bland, the medium spiced lamb rogan josh had minimal, tough meat in and the sauce itself was bland and there was absolutely no spice which was very disappointing. It was reasonably priced but the food and service reflected this and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here unless you’re not expecting much and wanting a cheap takeaway. The best part was the strawberry cheesecake, it was delicious but was a shame we had to share it.”

  “Ordered food to collect, when we got honestly it was completely wrong yes they delivered our correct food over 30 minutes later but the food was awful....won't be ordering from here again”

  “Pizzas fron here is amazing. Last night I bit the bullet and ordered a lamb Dansak. Anyone that knows me knows I love Dansak but it has to be spicey and I've only come across 2 places that does it how I like it. Agra in Ilkeston (which has closed) and a place in Wales lol. So I've never tried anywhere else for 2 years. Well Tandoori surprised me, their lamb Dansak is the absolute best!!! Will be returning!! Staff are amazing too!!! Love it here”

  “Just before u go in to it I will say the pizza are epic. However don't Excuse the fact of their service. We order on phone they told us when to come up. Came upto collect food will only be 5 min 15min pass by. Do u know when it done? "5 mins" again, wait 1 hour multiple other got food before me and another customer who wait even long than I. Overall, got food wrong order, my honest opinion they are good folk but the place as gone down hill for time keeping”

  “25/05/24 update🤔 Picked food up..Normal have a wait time on arrival of 10 mins Curry/Rice/Cheesy Naan/chips spot on.👍 ............. Food spot on and chips are decent, not soggy like other takeaways. ................. Just picked up a chicken kebab sweet chilly and mint .....oh my days, its delish. 08/12/21 Blokes on counters sound🤜🤛. Definitely a revisit is on cards this weekend ............... 2017 They do forget to deliver all items,occassionally leaving 1 item out and time to deliver can be upto 2hrs😞😡 Would highly recommend pick up or order before 6pm 😉because you may be in for a long wait🤕”

  “This is some photos from the food me and my family had tonight. The food tasted beautiful and was properly cooked, you can tell that they take care and pride when they're making it. The staff was amazing when I went to collect the food, making conversations and having a laugh. Highly recommend you eat from here. 😄”

  “If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have seen counter and telephone staff hadling raw dough balls and throwing them over to the other side of the shop to another person who flattens them out into pizza bases. Not one of the staff had washed their hands after lifting the telephone handset and operating the till before doing this. It also begs the question WHY do the staff - and OWNER, who witnessed this disgusting game feel that its 'perfectly acceptable conduct?' And, in front of a customer too? I couldn't believe what I was seeing. When I got home, I called and asked to speak with the manager. I identified myself to him so he had a reference point. I asked him repeatedly WHY the business owner condones such inappropriate behaviour on his premises. He couldn't give me a straight answer no matter how many times I asked him to justify the actions of his staff and himself for allowing this to happen. No. He wasn't going to give me a straight answer. So it makes you wonder, doesn't it. What on earth goes on behind the scenes in the kitchen!? Exactly. Use this takeaway at your own risk. I know that we certainly won't be using codnor tandoori again.”
