  “Nice enough pub in Ripley that is handy to pop in for a quick pint, seems quite a popular place with it's regular customers. If you are looking for a drink close to the market place and bus stops this is the place.”

  “Nice friendly pub lots of different characters .Staff at the bar on Saturday were very nice n friendly. They don't do food only snacks . There is a back where you can sit , this is nice if you smoke thats ok , Prices are also good . Recommended you pop in n try .”

  “Pool table there and quiet busy so good atmosphere. Not a food pub. Outside beer garden and town prices but part of the circuit so good to go in.”

  “New land lord and land lady not been here to long but they are a brilliant it's as if they had been here in Ripley 4 years I all ways look forward to popping in for a pint or two it's a great friendly pub a good mix of All ages all a great atmosphere and they a cracking good beers on offer and gins etc I should know as have run three pubs my self back in the day as they say keep up the good work alloff the staff and Phil and Sheila and not for getting the door staff on at weekends cheers for now from the voluntary community service man you know who”

  “Cheap and cheerful, great staff, during the outside bar service period it's fairly small outside and can only hold so many people, but staff seem friendly and helpful. And beer is kept pretty decent.”
