  “Had a lovely time at The Vault in Retford! The service was great, and the food was even better. The place is incredibly vegan/veggie friendly, and they’re able to make most of the menu vegan! Highly recommend :)”

  “My burger came out with the longest dark hair in and can’t say much about the portion sizes they were unbelievable small the staff did change my burger but my impression was already made. We like to eat locally but feel I would not be able to endorse this establishment”

  “Dog friendly so big bonus… Been twice now and they are amazing burgers! Prices are very reasonable and not much more than a fast food burger but 100 x the quality and flavour!! The staff are all lovely and the novelty of dining in my old bank adds to the atmosphere. Took my dad to try the London Smash today and he is keen to go back again soon. Highly recommend this place!”

  “Offers a lot of different drinks as well as activities like shuffle board and interact darts. Good menu choice for burgers and wings. Some of it is spicy. They can make most items veggie”

  “Our family of 4 stopped off at The Vault after a rather long car journey and the owner was absolutely amazing, he was so friendly and chatty and was happy to make some changes to the meals we ordered to suit our preferences. It was such a lovely place to have a meal in! The food was excellent, I had one of the best mac 'n' cheeses I have ever had. We also brought our dog and he recieved lots of fuss and a bowl of water. Overall, we loved it and would 100% recommend for everyone.”

  “Amazing burgers and chicken every time we've visited. Great specials and the fabulous staff make this one of our favourite restaurants in town. Cannot recommend the vault enough. The electronic darts is also worth trying, great fun..... addendum....omg you have to try the chicken and waffles with hot honey ❤️”

  “We chose the Vault as we saw their excellent Google reviews. Well, we weren’t disappointed, it was a brilliant experience. The burgers and chips were absolutely delicious and amazing quality for such a great price. The service was outstanding, so friendly and welcoming. The final cherry on top was the owner (and chef) coming to sit with us to tell us all about the building and the business. Thank you for a lovely dining experience we can’t wait to come back!”

  “Visited with my friend and two daughters, I had the New York Burger and loaded fries and I can honestly say that it was the best burger I'd had in a long time. We all really enjoyed our food. What also made it an amazing place was that we were served by Thomas who was so engaging friendly and very good at his job. Even more so that my daughter is a type 1 diabetic and Thomas went out of his way to get the information she needed for her insulin. Would definitely eat here again!”

  “Went for lunch with my wife and 2 youngest sons, had the New York smash burger which was 1 of the tastiest burgers I've had for a long time really delicious, the fries were great and the Mac n cheese spot on. Great little restaurant serving great tasting food can recommend highly.”
