  “This place is the best takeaway in Gainsborough by far, super fast delivery and the food is amazing and very cheap compared to other places, £25 for 2 burgers 2 kababs and 2 chips coleslaw and a bottle of Pepsi it’s not.worth cooking at home for that kind of money.thanks guys👍”

  “We were not happy with the chips so we phoned up and they replaced them with fresh good chips and they were very quick, so will be ordering from here again customer service was excellent”

  “Shame I have to give it one start really, the chicken shish kebab wrap I had about 5 small bit of chicken in it filled out with chips, the curry sauce I paid extra for was so small it was barely a tablespoon full yet previously I've had larger tubs. Chips were dry and over cooked, kebab meat tasted "off". Overall won't be ordering again!”

  “Tonight i ordered a 16 inch pizza with fries for a nice relaxing meal to wind down the week. I added a comment to my order saying ‘make it with love xx’. I then received a pizza the shape of a love heart consisting of around 8 and 1/2 inches of pizza.”

  “Please read my previous review below. I have used Gainsborough grill for a number of years and have always been extremely happy and previously scored them 5 stars on everything but last night I had one of the worse meals and service I have ever received. We called at 7:18 and my wife spoke to Oscar he took our order and said it would be 40 mins ( bear in mind you pay for delivery) an hour and half later the food still hadn’t arrived. My wife called to see where the food was and a very rude unhelpful girl was on the phone, eventually Oscar came on the phone, again unprofessional and said your food is there (obviously not) he couldn’t get off the phone quick enough and told us to call the boss Ali. Still no food it was close to 9pm by now. Eventually the meal turned up the driver was apologetic and said it had gone to the wrong house and his boss presumably Oscar had been on the phone shouting at him. The food had been sat in his car now for close to 40 mins so as you can imagine it was cold. To top it off my wife had a chicken kebab and requested no mayo but lots of chilli, guess what lots of mayo and no chilli. Then the final straw.. my wife has been up all night being sick. Now I don’t want to make allegations but as she was the only one to have the kebab then it points to the kebab, she was fine before eating it then 2 hrs later violently sick. £40 late cold food, poor attitude and potential food poisoning not what I ordered. Previous Review (please note the pictures are the existing meal and not the meal from last night) Another great meal from Gainsborough grill, thanks guys. We ordered a takeaway for NYE and I have to say as usual it was delicious, piping hot and on time. The pizzas are amazing, we ordered a 16” pizza which was huge and had lots of topping on for only £10:99 half the cost of Pizza Hut. We also had doner kebabs which I have to say it was the best kebab I have had in years lots of salad and doner meat really tasty. Highly recommend.”
