“Sorry been a long standing customer of this kebab house, ordered a meal tonight though but it came wrong. Wasn’t too bothered as I thought a quick phone call would be able to sort things out. No that didn’t happen I was basically told I was lying and what I got was what I ordered ( which it wasn’t ) no exchange was offered. I told the arrogant staff member to come and look at the meal we’d been sent but I got the phone put down on me. Used charcoal grill for years and never thought I’d be treated like this, just shows loyalty counts for nothing nowadays. Mehmet you need to have a severe word with your staff.”
