Manjaros is a fusion restaurant at 2 Roseberry Rd in Redcar, built around its own Manjaros Sauce, which comes in a range of flavours and spices and is used to season and accompany many of the dishes. Parmo variations anchor the menu, including a chicken tika parmo and a parmo burger. Creamy Caribbean chicken covers the menu's lighter, non-parmo side, and the kitchen also turns out flame-grilled and sizzling dishes, pastas and wraps. Manjaros opens daily, evenings only.

“The order was given to a different person so we arrived as the app only to wait 40 minutes for our food. The meals were all brilliant as normal apart from the parmo burger which was burnt and very dry. The staff were very apologetic and gave use 2 puddings. Takeaway, Redcar”

“Ordered our food, picked the order up very good portion sizes always tasty, always plenty to go round, tried the pizza for the first time and that was one of the best pizzas I’ve had for a long time. Parmos were lovely bloody huge so much so we are having warm up tonight 🫶🫶 thank you again for our lovely food”
