Customer Review Summary
Lamb draws the most praise, from a lamb leg that a family of eight could not finish to lamb dishes another reviewer calls always cooked to perfection. Close behind are the curries and grills, with reviewers naming methi chicken, akhbari chicken masala, chicken karahi, the mixed grill, grilled sesame and chilli king prawns, and a biryani one reviewer calls unique. Kachori chaat and a mango salad also get mentions. Service is described as friendly, quick and efficient, and reviewers note generous portions and enough seating that a busy room did not feel crowded. Long-time regulars say the staff remember them. The main complaint comes from one reviewer who hired an upstairs room for a birthday. A single waiter covered around 50 people across two groups, plates went uncollected despite repeated requests, and a manager promised another waiter who never came. That reviewer also found the drinks flat and the food average, and another said the blue lagoon mocktail was not served as advertised. Several meals end with halwa and ice cream, falooda, or a rich chocolate dessert with cream.

“We hired a room upstairs for a bday party and there was another group there too that we did not know, no probs because it was 2 separate tables. But in that room there was only 1 waiters serving around 50 people 2 separate groups. The plates were left there we had to ask numerous times to waiter pick them up and it got to a point I spoke to a manager and he didn't care all he said il send another waiter uo but he didnt turn up. The drinks were flat and the food was average. Bhukara days are long gone down hill and customer service shocking. We never coming back here again.”

“We went here for a family dinner (8 adults!) and honestly… we were not prepared for what was about to come out. The lamb leg is the star of the show and I don’t say that lightly. It came out looking incredible and tasted even better. Super tender, full of flavour, perfectly seasoned, and just the kind of dish that feels both comforting and indulgent at the same time. We kept going back for more… and somehow, even with 8 of us, we still couldn’t finish it. That should tell you everything you need to know. If you go here, don’t even think twice, you need to order the lamb leg. It’s one of those dishes you’ll genuinely think about afterwards. And then came dessert… which completely sealed the deal for me. Rich, chocolatey, indulgent in the best way, paired with cream and ice cream, it was the perfect ending. Not too heavy, just pure comfort on a plate. Overall, such a satisfying, hearty meal and a great spot for a proper family dinner. Amazing portions, amazing flavours, we left full, happy, and already talking about coming back.”

“Ive been to this restaurant multiple times and no matter how busy it gets - the service and food quality is always fantastic. The quantity of the food is excellent for the price and its authentic cuisine, with each dish having a separate flavour palate - The lamb dishes especially are always cooked to perfection. The staff are friendly and attentive and food is prepped quite quickly Highly highly recommend!!”

“Really tasty curries; chicken perfectly cooked. Great naan. The best curry I remember having in a long time. We had methi chicken and akhbari chicken masala - both really tasty”
