  “Title: Exceptional service! Chef and Manageress went above and beyond for allergens and custom requests!What can I say? The management and staff here were absolutely amazing.I went last night (Sunday evening around 8:30 PM) with my brother, who has a severe pepper allergy. After he ordered, they initially told him he could head to the salad bar, but the manageress quickly stopped him. She explained that someone could have easily cross-contaminated the salad cart by using a spoon that had touched peppers, so she had a completely fresh salad prepared for him in the kitchen instead. I have never seen a restaurant team so incredibly attentive to allergen needs—my brother hadn't even realized that cross-contamination was a risk there. It was amazing, so well done to them and especially the manageress!When it came to my order, they were out of the Blue Ribeye Steak, as well as a few other items. At 8:30 PM on a Sunday, I half-expected some shortages, so I decided to go for a burger instead. I really dislike brioche buns, so I asked if I could just have ordinary bread. The server mentioned they only had toast, which I was perfectly happy with. However, while at the salad cart, I overheard the chef say, "No, I'll do it on garlic bread for him and make it all nice." Again, the thoughtfulness and service just shone through!When my burger arrived, it looked so appetizing and was beautifully presented, especially for a custom, made-up order. The flavors were incredible. There were no annoyed glances or sighs from the staff; they genuinely went out of their way to satisfy us above and beyond what they had to do.To care so much about my brother's safety and to be so creative with my order made it a real delight to eat here. We will definitely be going back. A massive thank you to the chef, the staff, and the manageress!”

  “Great service, lovely waitress Ruby. Didn't rush us even after we'd finished eating. She was polite and friendly and took photos for us before we left. Food was good and came out in a timely manner even though it must have been so hot in the kitchens. Thank you all round”

  “Our Server Ruby was very quick & helpful when i asked for a children's menu as i have a small appetite. She was attentive but not in your face which was nice. The food was good. It came to me lukewarm and when i brought it to her attention she took it to Niall who sorted it out. All in all get food & sevice”

  “We had a meal with our children last Wednesday was served by a young lady I believe was called Jodie. She was very happy and professional and engaged with our children really well making them feel very grown up when ordering. The food was exceptional and the service was quick. Lovely restaurant.”

  “My partner surprised me with booking a fantastic Father's Day meal here. Our waitress, Jasmine, was just the best. She was super polite, quick on her feet, and really looked after us the whole time. She had a great smile, made my family feel right at home, and even helped us pick out some yummy desserts. Honestly, I really want to give Jasmine a shout-out because she's a perfect example of how a little bit of care and attention makes a huge difference to customers. It seriously goes a long way and means we'll definitely be coming back! She's a true star and credit to her team.”

  “After a 35 minute wait on a not very busy morning I recieved my breakfast, the only thing that was hot was the sausages, I asked for runny eggs and they were not. The presentation was nice though, the staff great and friendly, the pub clean and tidy. It was just a shame breakfast did not meat expectations. They do not have oat milk for special coffies or flat white, only tea. I just hope when I come on Friday for dinner, they will smash it out the water. And I can give them the 5 stars 🌟 Up date to my review, I did indeed come back to this establishment, it was for a family meal seating 5 people, and we were all very disserpointed, the food was not of good quality, one member of the party didn't even eat his meal because it was greasy cold and under cooked, the other meal was also under cooked and cold. The chips were not crisp and hot, the pasta was over cooked and lacked the same quality as suggested by someone as a must order option, and was disserpointed. As you pass the open kitchen i noticedThe chefs looked unprofessional with piercing all over there face and constantly touching their face and nose and not washing their hands after, and we all know what lives in the nose, as chefs they should know too, but clearly they are not chefs they are cooks. And batch cook meals that have already been cooked, so all they need to do is reheat them in the microwave or grill. I'm just saying it would be nice to see a chef looking like a chef and not just somone that has rolled out of bed. In all the experience was not good. I just hope they can get some chefs that care about the food they cook, then it won't be as bad as it was on the night.”

  “I visited on a friday at 3pm and it was filling up slowly. The food was reasonably prriced and came out fast. I had the chicken rice bowl which was especially nice You also get free unlimited salad with every main meal if you didn't already know.”

  “Had a great experience at another harvester, so decided to try sea horse while away. We had to wait for other tables, who came in after us to be served before us. Then when being served no rotisserie chicken left at 7.30, we then had to ask for salad bowls after waiting 10mins after ordering and told to wait by a waitress rudely. Once we had our salad bowl, the were just scrappings left in salad bar, oil bottles empty. Then at our table we had small flys flying around and when looking there were small flys all over salad dressings and on oil bottles. No side plates for rolls. And dust and fluff all over shelving. I had to take the menus back as left on our table.”

  “Stopped by the Sea Horse Harvester for lunch and was really pleased. Emily was extremely friendly, took the time to explain the menu, and even gave me recommendations based on what I like — which made a big difference. The burger was cooked perfectly with great flavour, the chips were crisp and golden, and the dessert was a real treat to finish off the meal. The whole place had a fresh, well-kept feel which added to the experience. Overall, a lovely visit and I’ll definitely be back.”

  “Today, I came here for a casual lunch with my partner—this was actually my second visit. I really enjoy this place! They offer free parking, which is convenient, and the restaurant has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. We had a great lunch experience. The waitress who served us was friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious. We ordered two lunch sets, and the prices were very reasonable. One of my favorite parts is the salad bar—the ingredients are fresh, and you can help yourself as much as you like. I had the chargrilled chicken, and it was excellent—tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. Just a heads-up: since this isn’t a fast food restaurant, the service can take a little time. So if you’re in a hurry, this might not be the best option. But if you’re looking to enjoy a relaxed meal, it’s perfect. Highly recommended for a pleasant and satisfying lunch!”
