  “I’ve been to Stoke Grill a few times now, and they never disappoint. The food is truly something special their spicy spuds, kebabs, and pizzas are absolutely delicious and perfect for a late-night meal. What really stands out, though, is how much they respect their customers. Even when it’s busy, the service is super quick and efficient my food was ready in minutes. The staff are always cheerful and welcoming, and every time I leave with a smile. Highly recommended if you want great food and a team that actually cares about their customers. 👍👍”

  “BAD. Food both burnt and cold once delivered 1.5 hours from ordering. £9 kofta swimming in water in the carton. Every time I called, different story on delivery.”

  “Ordered just over £30 of food when the order arrived, one item was missing when I phoned to tell them they didn’t seem interested I paid in cash was offered to send it to me but it could take up to another 40 minutes so I asked for my money back on which the said they only give out vouchers after arguing with them they offered to pay me in cash and said they would deliver it within 10 minutes after 25 minutes I had to phone them again but they didn’t answer my call but when I used my friends phone they answered and I had to ask them again for a cash refund and this time they did a guy came with cash and paid me their customer service was awful. They didn’t seem to care and their attitude was shocking I shall not be using these again. Be aware of when you order from here you may not get what you ordered.”

  “The customer service was completely unacceptable. As part of the order we ordered two large kebabs: one with garlic sauce, and one with a side pot of chilli sauce, which we asked to have added on top since there’s a charge for the pot. That was straightforward. When we opened the order, one kebab had both garlic mayo and chilli sauce, and the other had garlic mayo, despite the fact that we do not eat mayo. The order was made incorrectly, and the food was not edible, as I don't eat cream based products. When I called to address the issue, the first staff member apologised and offered complimentary spicy spuds on our next order. That offer doesn’t come close to the value of a large kebab that I couldn’t eat. He then passed me to the manager / or, who insisted we had asked for one kebab with garlic mayo and the other with both garlic mayo and chilli sauce. He accusing us of lying and said he would check the CCTV to “prove” it. This response was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely failed to resolve the issue.”

  “Ordered in a Takeaway. Got 2 pizzas, chips with chilli and doner kebab. I really liked the kebab it tasted fresh and the garlic sauce was delicious. I had no complaints about the chips, they were delicious too. However, I feel like they should add more sauce on the pizza, it tasted like cardboard. Both pizzas, did not taste nice. I couldn’t taste the sauces on the base of the pizza. It just tasted like the pizza had cheese and toppings only. Going forward I think these guys are good but need to improve their pizzas. As shown in the video, look how dried up the sauces look on the base of the pizza, you can barely see it!”

  “Amazing pizza and Doner. . The best is the 🍕 and the doner kebab. Staff is very friendly and always offer kids free drink if I am with my younger son . Stoke Grill is the BEST”

  “Amazing place to eat out. Ordered a couple pizzas from here - complete perfection and couldn't have been better! 10/10 Takeaway and will return again! Excellent friendly staff too. Recommended visit!”
