After years of hybrids, I didn’t know what to expect and Selin described in detail the difference and put me at ease, a lovely girl with the same customer service standards as myself.   “Well first time booking a consultation and to be honest would never recommend for the service! I booked a consultation on Friday there for 12.30 got my patch test done then the girl took me and cut ma hair to test it with colour and would give me all my options and price etc... I told her I needed this done by 23rd Oct.... I have adhd so not very confident and anxiety riddled which made me worse because I still haven't heard from the salon!!!! The girl never called me back wasted my time and petrol driving to it! I gave her benefit of doubt waited till 7pm when they close incase she was busy as I know weekends r manic in hair salons.... Feel so embarrassed and let down by the salon and will be contacting the owner as this is loosing business and customers. I called next day on Saturday at 9am all the way through to 5pm and there was just a voicemail, left a message and still nothing back...... Terrible service thanks a lot”

  “Absolutely love my brows! 🥹💕 My brow artist was so lovely, professional and really took the time to make sure everything was perfect. I’m honestly so happy with how they turned out — they look so clean, neat and exactly how I wanted them. You can tell she really cares about her work. I’ll definitely be coming back!”
