  “I have loved this place and the staff are really nice, but the last two times I’ve come in for an eyebrow tint, the colour has been terrible. Both times, I asked for “very light brown to match my blonde hair” and both times my eyebrows have come out jet black. On both occasions, the dye was left on while staff tended to other customers, forgotten about, then removed far too late. Eyebrow threading here is great! But the tint is a bit of a gamble.”

  “Great service, the only downfall is it closes at 6p.m. it used to be 7p.m. which is so much better for ppl if they work until 5p.m. I could only get my nails done but went away without getting my eyebrow wax/tint done so that was a bit disappointing.”

  “First time having my eye brows threaded, really friendly staff. They kept the shape of my natural brow and I didn't loose the end of my brow like normally happens with waxing. Great prices too.”

  “Go here regularly for eyebrow/lash tinting and eyebrow threading. Staff are skilled and professional. Down side is it's walk in so you might have to wait a long time, maybe up to half an hour.”

  “I've used this salon for years, so on Friday I went in for eyebrow threading, after it was done, she asked why I don't get them tinted, I said I am scared in case they are too dark. After she explained they have very light tints for blondes, I got the allergy test and agreed to go back on Saturday, the next day. I'll keep this short, they were too dark, so i just agreed they looked OK, she said they would get lighter as I get washed everyday!? I've recommended family and friends to use SAJ, and any time I've had an issue, they've been nice and helpful. I got home and thought my brow felt very sensitive, but got my shopping and went home. I looked at them, closely, they were very dark, but my eye also had a cut just above the browbone. I was really annoyed, they were now closed, and I wanted to let her see, my only option I felt, was take a photo. I'll only post again if they don't deal with this decently. Advice to other possible customers, make sure you explain what you want and don't be scared to ask for reassurance, when they tell you it's going to turn out a certain way, ask for examples so you can decide before, not after if it's something you are going to be happy with. Sorry SAJ. One star 🌟, and I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.”
