  “HORRIBLE Customer service. I went here for my daughter to get her hair cut and they were not welcoming, the hairstylist started suddenly searching my daughter’s hair. I told her, if you’re looking for lice she doesn’t have any, I didn’t say it in a rude way or anything. Then she said that it’s the “rules” and they have to do it to every customer because they use the same hair tools on everyone else. Every single time I’ve ever been to Meetra’s House of Beauty which I have loads of times, they have never searched my hair or anyone else’s that I’ve seen. She then said to her other staff in a language that she 100% knows that we can understand “she looks like she does have lice” then started complaining about how my daughters scalp is really dry and she has a lot of dandruff in a rude way. + whenever they are doing your hair, mid-hair cut they just leave and go to another customer. Like excuse me there are loads of other staff doing absolutely nothing like come on I’m paying my own money for you to just go to another customer and start doing their hair? Anyways 100% recommend not going here.”

  “Mitra speaks rudely. The smell was very bad.The chairs was too old and dirty.we take an appointment but still we wasted time because they booked more appointments then space. Prices was very unsure.”

  “Every time I come to this place, the prices keep changing?? I pointed it out, very politely mind you, and the manager scoffed and out of nowhere said everyone from my country are liars to the other workers there. It was actually surreal, she even said it in a language she knew I understood because I was literally speaking it to her?? All the other workers got so awkward and tried to cover up what their racist manager said but I decided it wasn’t worth it and left. Avoid this shady place.”

  ““I had a fantastic experience at Meetra’s Hair and Beauty Salon! I went in for hair highlights, a treatment, and a hydra facial, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Meetra is incredibly skilled and pays great attention to detail. Everything was done to perfection, and she truly offers great value for money. The highlights look natural and beautiful, my hair feels so healthy after the treatment, and the hydra facial left my skin glowing. Highly recommend!””

  “Unhygienic. I went for a Hollywood wax, the room was a mess. They used the wrong wax and there was tissue stuck all over me as she never even removed it properly. She then drenched me in baby powder which is definitely not safe for such a sensitive area, there was no privacy as one of the other staff members just casually walked in. Overall the place was just completely unwelcoming.”

  “My honest experience with this salon: I want to make it clear that the staff working there are generally nice and respectful — this review isn’t about them. The real issue is with the management, specifically the manager, Meetra. Every time I visit, the prices change. There’s no proper price list available — just a wall design that looks like it shows prices, but it doesn’t. It feels very misleading. They make up prices on the spot, and it’s never consistent. Another big red flag is that their card machine “never works.” It’s strange because this happens all the time, and it starts to feel like an excuse to only accept cash. For example, even for services that cost £200, they’ll still insist on cash payments. It honestly feels like something shady is going on behind the scenes. It’s disappointing because the staff deserve better management — and customers deserve transparency. Until they fix how they run things, I highly recommend avoiding this salon.”

  “Went for haircut didn't give proper cut neither ask what I want nor brushed my hair before and after, She took hardly 5min to give me haircut 🙄moved to next customer, No welcomed not good customer services speak in their own language, lack of Hygiene, Just give attention & time to cx who pay much money,”

  “Booked in for a wash,cut and blow dry. I love my hair it's nice and healthy again. The ladies were friendly, I was in and out in half an hour which is amazing, one of the ladies who dried my hair asked if it was natural + said it's really nice which made my day. I feel bad I forgot to bring cash for a tip, so I thought I would leave a review instead. It was such a good price too, I would recommend.”
