  “I am extremely disappointed with the nail service I received at this salon. I paid £35 for BIAB nails, but the work was very untidy and of poor quality. The finished result looks uneven and unprofessional, and I am not happy with it at all. On top of that, the salon smelled strongly of cigarette smoke throughout my appointment, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The nail technician’s attitude was also disappointing. She kept twisting and pulling my hands roughly while working, which made the whole experience unpleasant. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with both the quality of the service and the customer experience. Unfortunately, I do not consider this to be a professional salon, and I would not recommend it based on my experience.”

  “Had a really disappointing experience at this salon today and I left feeling quite upset. The whole appointment felt very uncomfortable. The girl doing my nails seemed frustrated that I couldn’t fully relax my hands, and her attitude and forcefulness throughout made the experience really unpleasant (& made my entire body tense even worse). I genuinely spent most of the appointment just wishing it was over. I’d been hopeful this would become my new nail salon after recently moving to the area, especially after reading such positive reviews beforehand. Unfortunately, I left paying £43 and still had to come home and sit to file down the thick white tips myself because I felt too uncomfortable to say anything during the appointment. Sadly I won’t be returning or recommending.”

  “i’ve gotten my nails done here twice and although the way she cleans them up and cuts the cuticles is nice, the colours on the example plastic things absolutely never match the colour on the nail. because of my experience last time i showed her a picture of what i wanted my nails to look like and let her pick the colour, and instead of a nice relatively muted pink they came out HIGHLIGHTER PINK. i have an important event this weekend and my nails look like i’m about five years old. just thought people should know”

  “I got nail extensions here and I couldn’t be happier! The owner is incredibly skilled and efficient — the whole process was smooth and fast, but the results were still super detailed and beautiful. The price is very reasonable, and the quality you get for that price is amazing. Great value for money! The owner is also really kind and patient, and gave helpful suggestions based on what I wanted. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends and will be coming back again!”

  “I got a Botox underarm injection here and it’s genuinely made life so much easier, my armpits have stopped sweating so much. I also got lips fillers top up and it didn’t hurt at all and I love my new lips. They also do nails and it’s always beautiful, I will absolutely be back.”
