  “Ordered a chicken and cheese panini which was £5.50 but added bacon which was one slice and got charged £9 when I asked them why he told me he charged me for the bacon and Brie and added the chicken cost to it. Then between 3 of them they're whispering behind the counter in front of me and the response I get back was 'that's how we price it' would not recommend this place food was awful and will not be returning.”

  “Ordered quite a lot of food for takeaway and got barely any sauce at all. Spent over £30 for a takeaway and no napkins no salt or vinegar on the chips and wasn't asked. Very little flavour throughout, very poor. Disappointed. Town prices in rose hill.”

  “Clean little cafe in Oxford Cowley. Polite service. Ordered English Breakfast. Small for space (7 indoor tables) and service was quick. Quite busy for a Monday morning. This was a nice rest stop, even for a quick lunch.”

  “I had Americano and veggie breakfast. The coffee was great. Breakfast was rich and tasty with scrambled eggs, beans, potato, veggie sausages, and toast. Great value for the money you pay. The service was quick and the personnel were friendly. The cafe was very clean.”

  “Quite disappointed in my experience at the egg. I ordered the big english breakfast on a less than busy Saturday and the food was subpar. Cold hash browns. Very few mushrooms and very overcooked Bacon. Sausage, egg and toast were the takehome highlights with all being quite nice, especially the eggs. The orange juice is starkly overpriced. It is fresh squeezed and tastes good but is not worth the £3.25 when you consider the massive ice cubes to boost the volume, leaving you without much juice at all. The small mushroom portions extended to the normal full English of my other half. 7 small button mushrooms between us if you are curious. My service was bad to be blunt. Ordering was fine. When I got up to ask for tissues for my nose, I was quickly barked at that "[my] breakfast [was] coming". I had to ask the Employee to repeat herself because I couldn't believe my ears. Quite unsettling when I had been nothing but polite, paying in cash and donating the change to the "dreams box". I did not enjoy the soulless atmosphere, though I understand the constraint of a 2 person operation. Everything was below average and left a sour taste in my mouth. 2 stars.”

  “First time buying from here. Got a Brie & cranberry baguette with salad to take away. Staff very friendly, service efficient. Baguette & salad very fresh tasting. Great price compared to other local sandwich shops. Shop looked very clean and tidy. Will deffo be back again 🙂”

  “Highly highly highly recommend. my new favourite place in Oxford . get the runny egg burger which is amazing with just a touch of ketchup really delicate flavours and I’m going to go back as soon as possible. All they are missing is doing all day breakfast 24 hours They will get the joke Denver”
