Customer Review Summary
Most reviewers return for the breakfast, describing a Sunday breakfast and coffee as lovely and a gammon, mash and veg dinner served fast by polite staff, with several praising generous portions and hot, well-presented food at reasonable prices, and one noting the cafe caters well to Slimming World diets. The staff draw repeated praise for being friendly, welcoming and accommodating in a relaxed, homely setting. That said, a couple of reviews describe a starkly different visit: one reported soggy sausages and untoasted toast in a delivery order, while another described food tasting frozen and processed, missing utensils despite asking twice, and a staff member speaking rudely to colleagues at the till. Beyond those two accounts, diners generally describe leaving satisfied, with several saying they'd give more than five stars if the system allowed it.

“1st time and last time I Will ever order from this place . Ratings stated really good but sausages was a soggy as wet sponge and the toast never seen a toaster . Very disappointing considering they had good ratings . Maybe spend a bit more time looking at what your customers wants instead of just throwing a sandwich a tinfoil wrapper so it can go soggy .”
