  “Absolutely wonderful place to get food even when re-heated it’s done quickly and always amazing every time I eat it, my new go to Chinese place! Pick up doesn’t take long at all and even when I ordered from Weddington delivery was only 20-30 minutes! Lovely staff very friendly and a nice atmosphere in the shop also”

  “Not ordered from here for a while so maybe there is new management but it is sooo annoying when you treat yourself to a rare takeaway and there’s things missing and not the best quality. No apology on the phone neither.”

  “Been using Hidden dragon for years. Once a week treat on a Friday eve. Always cooked well ,get it delivered most occasions and never once disappointed. Wouldn't go anywhere else in Nuneaton for a Chinese takeaway.”

  “Put in a huge order for late on a Saturday night, it came hot and all labelled so very easy to give out. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, food is amazing!”

  “Ordered online said 1 hour delivery after 1 and half hours still not turned up . Rang up told would b another half an hour. Still didnt turn up. Rang again told half an hour again. Asked to cancel or collect was ready to collect within 5 minutes . So 2 and half hours later I have my takeaway that was suppose to be less than an hour which I ended up having to collect”

  “What a joke. Yet again had the wrong meal delivered and to add insult to injury they said we must have ordered it wrong. We only ever order the same items and it's only for two people how hard can it be? Shame cos the food is always nice but enough is enough. Felt sorry for the delivery man bless him”

  “Food was not very good last for the following reasons: Lemon chicken - all batter falling off resulting a very unappetising dish. Roast duck - not crispy at all, very gelatinous fat that is frankly horrible. No crisp whatsoever. The rest of the dishes were very average. Service was good. This is my go to Chinese but due to the reasons mentioned about I will have to try somewhere else next time.”

  “Really disappointed. Food took 2hours to arrive. After repeatedly calling to chase the order, i was repeatedly lied to for 45minutes with them stating the food was on the way, when it clearly wasn’t. Tried to blame traffic when we live less than 10minutes down the road. I could have collected had the staff been honest. Refused to offer a refund or discount when calling up. As a loyal and regular customer i am appalled with the lack of service and care for their customers. Also very unfair for the lovely delivery guy that is the one to face the unhappy customers without knowing they’ve been waiting for 2 hours. Expected more.”
