  “Tonight I waited 40 minutes for food that was bland and warm. I had to ask where my food was. I have been going here for 3/4 years but not again. People who came in after me, left before me. I sat in the waiting area with 2 little heaters with no heat at all. Shocked 😳”

  “Just ordered at 34.10 order sweet and sour chicken balls soft batter and the chicken was half raw, large curry was looked like my nappies when I was 3 years old freezing cold spring rolls beef chow main bland and cold salt pepper chips was soggy and cold not much salt and pepper the salt pepper chilli chicken was dry and chewy could tell it was reheated food like dog food. Just rang and asked for a refund not covered half of it poor business no wonder review are bad best thing for 35 pound was the free prawn crackers. I still have most off it on the still have it on the side now more drop it back off and women on the phone was unprofessional put the phone down on the and was rude also. Will not order again guys be warned. Poor service rubbish food and very rude !!!! To be fair the outcome was a gentleman came to the door and provided us with a full refund which I wasn't expecting and commend them for doing so. Had to put this back on here as the outcome wasn't expecting but on that note I still will not be ordering from here again.”

  “I've been going there for a few years but the food has steadily been going down in quality. Just had S&S Chicken balls that were hard and crusty, not fresh and hard chicken. The Beef & Mushroom had hardly any beef and far too many onions. I won't be giving them my custom any longer, they have had too many chances. They have also been conning us for ages with the 10p for a plastic bag that never should be happening as they only take cash anyway. You decide where the 10p goes...”

  “Been going to this Chinese for over 30 years - and it’s the worst take away I’ve had from there - I’ve complained in the past but this was appalling tonight - owner was very rude - chips was like scratchings and the special curry had no taste or meat in it and was like wster”

  “Very accommodating on how you ask things to be cooked. However you can a chicken ball the size of babies fist and get one the size of a 50p with the same amount of chicken in both. Curry is nice and chips are mostly.”

  “Chicken wasn’t cooked and was like rubber! Salt and pepper chicken tasted fishy and not cooked/like rubber again Pork balls - hardly any meat and full of fat When calling to complain they said they precooked the chicken and then reheated, they have complained to the supplier due to the standard of the chicken - so why would you sell it if there is issues Managed to get a refund after I had to rebag everything back up to be taken back £45 waste of money and will not be eating there again I got a further call back asking why I didn’t put the duck in the bag that we half eaten, to be told I won’t be allowed to eat from there again and I’m black listed!!”

  “Food is always superb. Be prepared to wait past the time given for collection. So popular and very busy. Massive shout out to the young lady on the phone - it doesn’t stop ringing and with people coming in on spec, she handles everything calmly and superbly!! Well done - very professional under pressure and listening on a very poor phone line with the shop TV on in the background. You need two people on the phone at busy times!! Be prepared to wait folks but the food is outstanding - been coming for years!”

  “What a place, what a menu!! I am partial to salt and pepper ribs and crispy beef, both of these are on the menu luckily for me. Food tastes amazing and they deliver to the other side of town. There was a time when I ate nothing but takeaways so would come here about 3 or 4 times a week. I wouldn’t have done that if the food wasn’t good.”

  “Poor - ordered at 5.20 pm and told an 1hr and 30 mins wait - arrived at 8.20 pm and then they forgot part of the order. Tried to call them (125 times on redial) but always busy. I understand that New Years Eve is busy but either staff properly or be honest and then try getting the order correct. Shambles.”
