  “A dining experience to remember,, Agnes our waitress made the night exceptional, her knowledge and explanation of the menu along with the outstanding table service and her friendly personality was second to none. Our food was brought out in a timely manner , the standard and presentation was beautiful the flavours stunning, an exceptional culinary experience. The meals represented very good value for the price/portion/quality and service equation.”

  “Dined here for my birthday in July, used a tastecard offer. Holly, our server was attentive and fastidious, refilling our waters regularly. Checking in on our drinks when were about to finish and expertly recommended dishes and drinks for us. Their pacing between courses and always checking in once we had finished a conversation made the service feel absolutely streamlined. We had ordered the tomahawk steak to share, alongside the French onion soup and calamari starters. The Koffman chips provided with the steak were excellent and came with classic peppercorn sauce and a truffle butter. The cook on the steak was accurate in the thicker middle section, but at the edges more cooked, which is a given as they're the smaller thinner sections, so no points deducted. The beer battered onion ring and mac and cheese sides were adequate. Overall, I believe the restaurant could invest in more techniques or presentation coming to sides and starters if possible. At the end of the meal, despite not ordering desserts. We were presented with a birthday plate with a small dessert, greatly appreciated. We were also provided some chips to use in the adjoining casino which I thoroughly enjoyed as well. Something I'd like to see in the future is more bespoke cocktails, something other than classics. I understand the bar in the casino has this type of offering, but as a hook for the restaurant it would be nice to have it's own standalone menu that gets people in and interested in a meal alongside their drinks. Final note, the toilets were impeccable and interesting with various imagery of Marco, honestly one of the most calming experiences in a lavatory I could imagine.”

  “Ellie our server was amazing so accommodating and polite, only negative we had was with the Chef who refused us a chocolate brownie dessert because it was only on the “child menu” even though we tired to order it with another adult dessert. Service was perfect and reasonably priced, would recommend”

  “My sister andcI went on Saturday before our Theatre Show. Our Server Julia couldn't do enough for us. Very attentive, offered suggestions when we were torn between dishes/wines etc. Food was absolutely delicious and ery well presented. Free glass of Champagne as it was my birthday recently. Only downside (and just my personal opinion) people using the Alea Casino had to walk through restaurant to gain access to toilets and some were a little worse for wear lol”

  “Fantastic first experience at Marco Pierre White Steakhouse in Nottingham. Nice atmosphere, very relaxed. Excellent location. The food was great, decent sized portions. The service was impeccable. Everyone was very friendly and extremely attentive without being intrusive. Agnes was particularly great, always smiling, nothing was too much trouble, even when we just wanted to double check coriander was not fennel! The complimentary parking was a bonus, if a bit hair-raising with sharp turns and narrow paths! We would have no hesitation in returning. Discount on food for theatre goers was a welcome surprise.”

  “Recently, I dined solo and had an amazing experience. The staff, especially Klaudio, made me feel completely at ease, which is not always easy when eating alone. The crispy calamari, steak Lyonnaise, and burnt cream dessert were all top-notch—flavours and quality were spot on! The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was impeccable. If you're looking for a place to enjoy a lovely meal in a safe environment, this is definitely it! Apologies for the steak pic I was enjoying it too much before I remembered to take a photo.”

  “From booking, pre orders to dining today, the whole experience has been flawless. As a large party of 14 we was given a set menu from which everyone was able to pre order something of their liking. On arrival we was shown to a dedicated private room, which was warm and welcoming. Service from David was exceptional, he made sure the pre orders was correct, was attentive and was able to answer questions we had. All 14 of us was amazed with portion size, a lot bigger than we imagined. We all thoroughly enjoyed all the food we had and enjoyed our experience. Thank you David”

  “I really enjoyed my visit here before the theatre! The food was top-notch—Mr. Lamb’s shepherd's pie was tasty, hot, and beautifully presented. On top of that, the service was spot-on; the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would also recommend the creamed cabbage with bacon; it's honestly the best cabbage I've ever had! Can't wait to come back for another meal.”

  “We celebrated the festive season with a lovely meal and it was just outstanding! Agnes was a star, making us feel so welcome right from the start. The food was delicious and top-quality, everything we hoped for. The whole team kept our drinks topped up and checked in on us without being intrusive, which really enhanced the experience. I’m definitely planning to come back soon!”
