  “This is a lovely restaurant, and we often come here before going to the theatre. On Tuesdays they offer a fantastic three-course meal, which is excellent value for money. This visit was no exception. My turkey dinner looked amazing and was a generous portion. The roast potatoes were beautifully cooked and crispy, but both the mashed potatoes and roast potatoes were a little bland and could have done with a bit more seasoning or some herbs such as parsley or oregano. Aside from that, the meal was delicious. The desserts are also a great size, and the servers are always brilliant—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The only things that brought my review down were the wait time and the drink prices. We waited around 30 minutes between our starters and main courses, which felt quite long. Before ordering, we were asked if we wanted the children’s meal to come out with the starters. If we had said yes, our child would have finished eating well before our main courses even arrived, which isn’t ideal for families. Finally, the drinks are quite expensive, with a Coke costing around £3, which feels a little overpriced. Overall, it’s a lovely restaurant with great food, generous portions, excellent service, and fantastic value on the Tuesday set menu. With a shorter wait for the mains, a little more seasoning on the potatoes, and more reasonable drink prices, it would easily be a five-star experience.”

  “Service was terrible, they spent most of the time chatting with eachother and totally forgot about our drink order, then when the food came it certainly wasn't the best. I ordered a mixed grill 21 pounds it cost and I don't expect boiled chicken on it and the sausages were definitely not proper sausages, the salad was moldy and the chip's were like from a 2day old chip shop. A mixed grill should be off the grill as it state's on the menu but it wasn't. The little steak i had was the only thing I can say was nice but not 21 quid nice. I'll not be eating there again sorry. And I'll let people know who ask me if it's worth going there to save there money or go to some place that is nice to eat because sprinters definitely isn't that place.”

  “Seated quickly. Server was lovely, attentive and assertive. Meals were decent portions at the price and very tasty. It wasn't packed so was a calm atmosphere for us all to be able to chat. Next we are going to try the breakfast!”

  “Had a lovely meal here yesterday. There was a table of 6 of us. First time I’ve been & was pleasantly surprised. The service by the staff was amazing & really enjoyed the food & thought it was great value. Will definitely return”
