Customer Review Summary
Salt and pepper dishes draw the most praise, with reviewers naming the fish, the prawns and the chips, and one calling the prawns wonderful. Close behind is the red bbq sauce, described as a go-to, alongside chow mein, spring rolls, chicken wings and Cantonese dishes. Several mention big portions, reasonable prices and quick service, and reviewers point to the vegetarian and halal options, with one calling the vegetarian dishes delicious. Front-of-house staff are described as welcoming, polite and funny. Complaints are fewer but pointed. One reviewer received a Singapore vermicelli that was pale, clumped and greasy, with no curry flavour and sparse vegetables, and put it in the bin. Another found quality got worse with every dish across a large order. A third had one dish with an odd taste and some vegetables that were not fresh. The diner with the large order phoned to complain and was told to take it up with the delivery company, Uber Eats.

“I Think the images speak for itself. This is supposedly Singapore vermicelli noodles but what arrived looked nothing like the photos or the dish itself. No effort made at all. It was clumped together, packed with oil and salt, yet somehow had no actual seasoning or flavour. Pale, greasy noodles with barely anything else in it it. No curry flavour, no colour, barely any vegetables or protein. just pale, greasy noodles dumped in a tray absolutely disgusting 🤢 Singapore vermicelli should be thin rice vermicelli orangey from curry powder, loaded with vegetables like cabbage, carrots, and spring onion, and usually include prawns, beef, chicken, or egg. It should be dry-fried and fragrant, not wet or clumped together. What I received looked more like regular thin wheat noodles with hardly any curry colour, sparse toppings, and a dish that was packed with oil yet somehow under-seasoned. It was clumped together, greasy, and very unpleasant 🤢 I couldn’t eat it and had to put the whole thing in the bin. Total waste of money. I want a refund for this order.”
