“Never known rude staff like it. Didn't even receive the food. Rang to check where it was after waiting for 2 hours, for her to say the food had not been started yet. The rude woman then put the phone down and cancelled the order. When ringing back pretending she wasn't there..then eventually came back to the phone to give a load of abuse. Would avoid this place at all costs...didn't even end up receiving food but the customer service is VILE. As I can also see from previous responses to low star reviews. Edit: yet another extremely rude response to a customer. It was clearly stated 3 times we would like to continue with the order. I'm a very respectful person. The frustration came with the way woman dealt with the situation. Would never return. Thanks :)”

“We lived in Bestwood for five years and being able to walk to this Chinese was one of the best things about living there. We moved away two years ago, and have tried numerous other local takeaways that just don’t compare - this remains our favourite and we will happily make the drive to collect it. We’ve ordered countless times and never had a bad order. Each time the food is plentiful (value for money is amazing) and piping hot. The lady who runs it is lovely and it’s nice to know we are supporting a family business. I would recommend it to anyone.”

Lovely service but unfortunately my dish was inedible, would be happy to try something else though, I’m sure it’s just a strange recipe, unfortunate to waste £8.”

“I Ordered the Salt n pepper chicken and chips box, Crispy Shredded beef in Cantonese style and the egg fried rice it was all so good! flavour wise and it tastes fresh not greasey which some Chinese takeaways can have. Friendly staff and quick service 10/10”

“Really friendly, efficient service, and excellent price. Everything we ordered was delicious; Hong Kong style sweet and sour chicken (perfectly balanced sauce), mushroom chow mein, Cantonese duck, prawn wontons and egg fried rice. We will be back when we visit Nottingham again.”
