  “We took part in their first ever Bottomless Brunch event.... wow. What can I say, absolutely outstanding guys. We've done a few bottomless brunches and they vary in quality, but yours was fantastic for your first crack at it. It's a tricky balance to get right with the service, as everyone wants as much as they can, but you guys nailed it. Well done Wil, Adam and the team, I hope you continue doing the bottomless because they're such a winner. 👌”

  “What a wonderful place, the staff are so lovely, couldn’t do enough for us. The food was amazing we had a 3 course Sunday lunch, which was absolutely fantastic. Definitely recommend and will be returning. Thank you gilt and especially Will, Adam, Charlotte, Beth, Matt, Caitlin and anybody else I’ve not mentioned.”

  “Good food and great value. Decent prices, quick service and a large outdoor seating area on a sunny day. No need to book and plenty of options. Significantly larger than the other places in West Bridgford and easy to park for.”

  “Credit where Credit is due. Never had a bad meal, staff are always professional, food come out quickly and was amazing. We had a starter and main, washed down with a bottle of merlot, can't fault it. The only one bit of feedback, the service was so good, it was over to quickly, as soon as the starter was done the main appeared!! We would have been happy to wait ten minutes, and enjoy the atmosphere, and maybe a second bottle of wine 🍷 Looking forwards to returning soon.”

  “Breakfast @ Gilt 10/1/24 Had Pancakes with Bacon, pot of tea for one, followed by a slice of Bakewell tart cake. Everything was hot and fresh, served fast and happily by staff, whom were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back. Breakfast again 17/1/24 Toady had a pot of Earl Grey with a bacon and fried egg ciabatta, really enjoyed the roll, egg was cooked to perfection just runny enough. Service was perfect. Breakfast 24/1/24 Went for the full English breakfast today, with the beans and hash browns, Earl Grey tea, followed by coffee and walnut cake. Was greeted with a friendly hello and big smile from waitress, my tea arrived very quickly and breakfast was hot and tasty. Service was great as I have come to expect, the building is great with pleasant decor.”

  “What an amazing find! We've been here twice now and I honestly can't fault a thing. The team are all so friendly and will do anything to help, the setting whether you sit inside or out is lovely, and the food is amazing! The last time we went I had the cajun chicken burger and it was honestly the nicest chicken burger I have ever had! We will definitely be returning more in the future!”

  “Great food. The portions are very large and we could have easily shared 2 meals between the 4 of us. Staff were all very attentive and helpful. The only negative for me is they were adhering to the 1 meter plus rule for social distancing (which I understand for profit during this time) and I felt uneasy about walking so close to other customers. Otherwise we will be returning. Would recommend.”
