  “This is the best McDonalds expetience I have had in a very long time, food is was as expected, at the end of the day its McDonalds, however, what made the biggest difference is the staff, everyone is polite, its apparent that the place is taken care of, everything is clean and tidy, it is so telling when people actually like the place where they work, hats off”

  “Ordered a plain mcflurry ,when it came it wasn't even half way up the cup, I said to the person serving it was very small he gave a bit of attitude and said what do you want more in it ,I said yes please he brought it back and banged it down on the counter. Won't be giving anymore money here.”

  “My wife and I simply went in to buy two drinks and plain mc flurry, when the mc flurry arrived it was less than 1/2 full. When I pointed this out I received a bitattitude from the servings attendant he asked me if I would like it to be filled in a rude and Abrupt manner, when he returned with the mc flurry he slammed it on the counter aggressively and turned and mumbled and he walked away, i would say shame on you management for allowing such an unsuitable person work in a customer facing roll. As paying customers we deserve much better.”

  “It's a McDonald's. You get what you pay for. However, employees of this particular one drag it through the mud. Vaping and smoking within feet of entrance, I witnessed one employee spit returning from carpark to store, and if you try and order via cash you're met with disdain. The blonde clearer /cleaning lady does a good job, but the rest seem to hate the job and you by extension.”

  “Horribly cold food via delivery. I have to microwave it. Chips feel like I'm eating a rock. Drinks are amazing. Went in the toilets one time, I held it in after. Everywhere I look: BIG ARCH BIG ARCH BIG ARCH. WHY ARE THEY ADVERTISING THEIR NEW "product" SO MUCH. Like atleast in the mix of all the BIG ARCH madness tell me about the Mcdonalds app. 2 stars. Make homemade chips at this point.”

  “Horrible. It's the new self service design. Order and pay yourself on the screen. Waited 10 minutes for order. You collect from a hole in the wall. Horrible being back to old style counters. Food cold utter rubbish. The prices have gone up enormously in the past few years.”

  “Order meal chips was cold the manager recooked my chips in front of me this will be reported to head office recooking food is bad in many ways I told her she said it’s fine take this further witch they can check cctv”

  “Ordered via the app on the 18/01/25 a meal for myself and my partner, I ordered a veggie spicy wrap and it came with chicken inside instead, nothing particularly seems alerting to the manager when my partner phoned up and told them and all they did was apologies, but that doesn’t stop the fact I’ve just accidently eaten chicken after 10 years of being vegetarian. I’m incredibly disheartened, upset and shocked this has happened and there’s very minimal ways to contact anyone about alerting head office about this.”

  “Disgusting hell hole with rude staff and cold food. Visited after a long weekend working away. First impression, dirty place. I use the kiosk and order for table service. Rude female member if staff keeps on shouting my number from the counter so I give in and go to collect. I am then given the food with no drink so I go back for drink and she had attitude basically asking what I wanted. Puts the drink on front of me and walks away saying nothing. Place needs a good scrub and the staff need some manners and perhaps some training on the table service. Will never ever visit this place again.”
