  “First time here after contemplating on and off for a year! Travelled from Port Talbot and we will travel for a good burger!! It did not disappoint! Service was very good, food arrived quickly was hot. Taste was amazing!!! One of the best burgers we’ve had so far!! Garlic balls were out of this world!! And the tater tot portion was huge!!”

  “Overall was good and I’ll definitely be back. The taste of the burger was amazing although very messy. I was very disappointed by the “Sharkstickz” they were nothing like the instagram photos and didn’t taste very nice at all and were very pricey for what they came out like, I wish I asked for a refund for those. Also the chips could have been cooked abit longer to give them abit of crispness.”

  “Found shark bite burgers after a small search.. we’ve travelled the country looking for the perfect smash burger and I can honestly say after 30+ restaurants over England and Wales we’ve found the 10/10.. Lucy our server today was brilliant polite and service with a smile. The burger itself was melt in your mouth smashed.. I can’t rate this high enough 5 stars don’t do it justice. I’ll be adding a further review to my Instagram food page and urge followers to try the 10/10 burger. Service 5 star All food ordered 5 star Milkshake 5 star We will be back! Thank you guys for a great experience”

  “We had a lovely meal tonight at Sharkbite burger, I went with our 6 year old and 1 year old. They were extremely welcoming and attentive. Front of house was warm, chatty and lovely with my girls and checking on us frequently. The food was amazing, eyes bigger than our bellies. We ordered 2 double great white sharer box, and the sauce was to die for! We also had a footling mozzarella stick, I’m a cheese lover so this was perfect and the jack Daniel’s chicken wings. Food was delivered promptly and exactly as described. Thank you for an amazing meal, we will be back again soon.”

  “Really enjoyed my evening here. Food was great and portion sizes were huge! This could be the first place I’ve been where portions are actually abit too big. Every side can easily serve atleast 2 people, the prices misled me slightly because everything was so cheap so I thought the portions would be small. This is definitely a good thing and not a bad thing though. Everything also came out hot and was cooked well! Service from the staff was flawless, they accommodated for us at every turn however they were limited in how much they could do. For instance our table was booked for 6:10pm however we didn’t get seated and had to wait outside in the cold until gone 6:30pm. This was because a large group booking had run over by quite a lot. Meaning quite a few people were waiting. Totally out of the staffs control but far from ideal for the customers. There was also no table service and you have to order at the bar, this takes away from the restaurant feel and makes it seem more like a fast food place, the queue can be long sometimes too. I wanted to order a milkshake before leaving and when I finally go to the till they had run out which was again nobody’s fault but annoying to queue for nothing. The atmosphere was pretty good, the place was nicely decorated and all the customers seemed happy enough. There was some rather loud music and constant people coming in to collect food orders, neither were an issue to me but I know those things could disturb some people. I will definitely be going back as the food was amazing and I never got to try one of the milkshakes! Thank you Sharkbite Burgers for a great evening :)”
