  “I liked their beef burger, simple and tasty but small. Chicken sandwiches and the mango pie are also nice. Their chicken is ok, not oily but the flavor is not distinct or unique.”

  “We have been regular customers at Jollibee Cardiff and have always hoped that our next visit would be a better experience, but unfortunately, we have been disappointed again. Our usual order is the 6-piece spicy chicken bucket, but this time the quality was extremely disappointing. The chicken was almost tasteless, and the overall standard of the food has clearly declined compared to what we expect from Jollibee. What is even more concerning is the repeated poor customer service experience with the manager (a lady) at this branch. On multiple occasions, we have found her attitude to be rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. We requested a combination of pieces in our bucket, as my wife only enjoys the leg and thigh portions. However, we were again told that these pieces were not available. While availability can sometimes be an issue which it is always, the way our request was handled; including the dismissive response and cheeky smile was unacceptable. This is not the first time we have experienced this issue. A brand like Jollibee should value its customers and ensure that both food quality and customer service meet acceptable standards. We hope Jollibee management takes this feedback seriously and investigates this branch, as repeated poor experiences will eventually drive loyal customers away.   “JOLLIBEE! Please do something about this. Your hotdog is not the same anymore. The quality seems to have gone down and the hotdog is very hard, and the gravy tastes too watery compared to before. It’s disappointing because I used to love the authentic taste and flavor that made Jollibee special. Please bring back the original quality of the hotdog and the rich, flavorful gravy that customers truly enjoyed. I hope you can improve the consistency and maintain the standards that people have loved for years.”

  “Had a great experience with Jollibee Cardiff! The place has a really welcoming vibe, and the team clearly puts effort into keeping everything clean, organized, and running smoothly. The service is friendly and efficient, even during busy times, which makes a big difference. The menu offers a nice variety, and everything is served fresh and well-prepared. You can tell there’s good management behind the scenes making sure standards stay high and customers are taken care of. Definitely a solid spot if you’re looking for quick, tasty food with consistently good service. Keep up the great work!”

  “My mother hated it she doesn't like much. Service was slow most of the food was worth the wait fries were crispy but unseasoned chicken greasy but nice, Maureen says she liked the burger but not the texture. Sundae was good, service took a while. The pineapple juice was good I don't know why I ordered it I thought it would be more refreshing. The spaghetti was the highlight of the meal”

  “Although I have tried to consistently support this Jollibee establishment, I have been extremely disappointed with my recent time there. Firstly when I ordered a 6pc Chicken bucket for takeaway it approximately took 20 minutes to receive the bucket, for context my order number was 123 and I only got my food after order 148 had been called. Secondly, Once I collected and brought it home I was shocked to find that assumedly a member of staff took a bite out of one of the chicken thighs. Mind you I couldn’t have checked the chicken bucket because I was already hungry and the food I was supposed to eat which we ordered beforehand would’ve became colder if I did not eat it in time. I am quite upset that this was my most recent experience with a food chain I previously enjoyed before, this was extremely poor service for someone getting takeout and poor food quality as this potentially unhygienic act could’ve caused my family to be sick.”

  “The staff here are nice and friendly, and the service is amazing and fast. This is a unique fast food place with incredible food. It's my go-to spot for brunch. The place is always nice and clean, and the prices are affordable for the quality you get. I love you, Jollibee! I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn’t tried it yet. I’ll definitely be visiting again soon. Thank you!”
