“Ordered food this evening at 7.30pm and after an hour and a half, i called them to enquire where the food was. The person on the phone was extremely rude and said that they were busy and put the phone down! Called again and after nearly two hours to enquire where the food was, because the app said the food was with us. It was not.. Again. Phone put down on me after saying it was on it's way. Absolutely shocking!!! When the food did arrive it was very bland. This seems a common theme here of staff being rude when customers call to enquire to find out where their food order is! won't be ordering again. What a terrible experience... I would suggest changing the member of staff answering the phone and manage your order intake and your estimated delivery times.”

“Absolutely shambolic takeaway and service. Placed an order, paid and it never arrived. And the shop just hangs up the phone constantly so you can’t even speak to anyone to ask where your order is! AVOID! Oriental Chinese is 100% better!!!”

“Placed an order for delivery. The order never arrived. I called the shop and the woman who identified herself as the owner, told me she hadn't received an order and put the phone down on me. I called back and she put the phone down again. I ordered through Uber and she had accepted the order. Luckily Uber sorted it and gave me a full refund. Avoid at all cost. Order from there at your peril. Very rude owner.”

“Ordered tonight from Chan's noodle bar. Food came piping hot and it was so delicious. We had wonton noodle soup, chicken balls with sweet and sour sauce, egg fried rice, crispy chilli beef, salt and pepper chips, chicken chow mein and chicken curry. The food was delicious and freshly cooked 🤤 probably the best Chinese we have had in a long time. We will be ordering again from this place 💕”
