  “Absolutely shocking experience here tonight. Stay away from this awful place! Walked in as a family of five this evening. Two adults and 3 children. Our 12 year old twin daughter was immediately discriminated against for being 5cm taller than her twin sister. We were told because she was taller than her twin despite being age 12 she had to pay £30 adult prices. We stood there in absolute shock. Looked around to see the restaurant completely dead just one couple sat there. I wonder if that is because of this ridiculous rule on height. Or the 1 star food rating!! Yes 1 star food rating. To discriminate against a child for being taller than her twin is disgraceful. There is no way she could have eaten an adults meal and should be classed as the child she is. By the staff refusing her as a child and discriminating against her for being taller you upset and embarrassed her. Both the twins have autism and did not understand what was going on. We paid anyway and found a table. 40 empty tables to choose from. So we went to the back of the restaurant to be chased down by the only member of staff and removed of the table because it at 8 chairs. At this point we got a full refund and walked out. Disgraceful way to treat a family you should be ashamed of the treatment we endured.”

  “A little kindness costs nothing, yet it can make a huge difference to someone's day. Unfortunately, my experience here had the opposite effect. I arrived already feeling low, hoping this outing would help, but I left feeling far worse. No customer should be made to feel so unwelcome or insignificant. The staff at takeway shop were cold, dismissive at the takeway shop. and lacked even the most basic warmth or kindness. When I politely asked someone to repeat themselves because I couldn't hear, I was ignored completely, which made me feel embarrassed and foolish. Rather than being treated with patience and respect, I felt like I was an inconvenience. I sincerely hope the management addresses the attitude of the staff, because the way customers are treated matters just as much as the food.”

  “Exceptional establishment offering outstanding cuisine and value for money. The premises are beautifully decorated, spacious and spotless clean. Adaptations make it accommodating for all forms of ability needs. The cuisine is offered in 2 forms. Weekends are all you can eat, self service from the buffet style station and weekdays are all you can eat, choosing from a menu and served direct from kitchen to table. Prices are charged per head. The food is exceptional, unique and authentic. Portion sizes are very generous. The staff are attentive, polite and professional. A wonderful selection of drinks are available, both soft and alcoholic. I highly recommend this restaurant and can confidently offer 5*”
